Nacho Libre - La Cantina Hato Rey — Restaurant in San Juan

I try to not leave negative reviews... However, I was disappointed with my last visit to this place. I love their margaritas and the setting it’s amazing especially if you want to go outdoors and enjoy a meal free from Covid, but when we opened our loaded nachos we found a hair in our meal. We didn’t make a big fuss and instead removed the hair that was in our plate in order to continue eating our meal. Im leaving this review because I feel the staff should be more careful in their kitchen due to the fact that not all customers are the same and someone can really get triggered by something like this. It's overhyped. I've been here a total of 4 times just to give it a chance and see if it was just me or if I just went on bad days but, unfortunately, it wasn't the case. The food is bland and the margaritas are okay. The times I've been there, they never seem to have enough employees working and the food takes forever to get to you, last time I waited 35 minutes just to get my margarita. Great atmosphere, decent food, terrible service. This place is basically fast food where you pay and pick up at the counter BUT when you pay it expects a tip. I didn't see how to bypass the tip requirement on the screen. Anyway, I waited 45 minutes for 3 chicken tacos that fell apart as soon as I picked them up. There was a lot of chaos in the kitchen with some customers receiving their food before others who had been waiting 30 minutes longer.
