Toxic Night Club — Restaurant in San Juan

Updated below. They pepper spray white people. Stay far away if you are visiting. Not worth being kicked out while you can't see just because you used the restroom. Contact me for any clarification. Not a good spot for travelers.

Edit - There is a smoking lounge in the back of the bar I went to after I was pepper sprayed. I put my cigarette out when asked by the Drag performer. I should clarify that it was a patron who attacked me and I was never aggressive with anyone. I also have lived in Puerto Rico since 2016. People need to know how they will be treated when they visit this place. I was attacked and you then threw me out while I was blinded. i really wish i could give this place zero stars. I was extremely excited to see my first ever drag show for my 21st birthday. i spent over $70 in drinks and $8 for entry not even including tips i paid the bar tender… the place was empty the entire time, i saw drag queens walking back and forth from the bar to behind the curtains on stage… i got there at 11pm, and stood until 3am bc i kept holding faith that just “5 more minutes” was true … i felt very deceived. people were starting to arrive around 1 and left soon after bc they somehow knew that drag show wasn’t happening. i wasted almost my entire birthday night, waiting for a drag show that never came. and im not gonna lie i cried my way out...

The decorations are great and drinks were good. $6 cover charge to enter. But the show started super late! We arrived at 12am and were told that the drag show started at 1am but it didn't start until 1:40am. Had to sit and wait for over an hour and a half. Performance was subpar and it was an older style of drag (ballods and ballgowns) which didn't match the vibe before the show. The drag performers we saw on Thursday were not well rehearsed, some didn't know all the words, and they had a lot of technical difficulties (sound and curtain cues).
