I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my husband and I had at this Wendy’s location. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with blatant disrespect by one of the staff members—a tall male employee who was clearly unprofessional and, to our shock, discriminatory toward my husband during our order.
We came in expecting a simple meal, but instead were met with rude behavior and a complete lack of basic customer service. The employee in question seemed to go out of his way to be dismissive and condescending, making the experience deeply uncomfortable. No one—regardless of who they are—should ever be treated that way in a public establishment.
Discrimination of any kind is absolutely unacceptable, and we left feeling humiliated and angry. I hope Wendy’s management takes this seriously and provides proper training to ensure all customers are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of background or identity.
We will not be returning, and I would caution others before supporting a location that tolerates this kind...
Read moreI visited this location just now because both the online information and the schedule posted on the door indicated it was open until 8 PM. However, the doors were locked. As I stood there reading the schedule on the door to confirm, staff inside seemed to mock me for simply checking the information provided. This behavior was unnecessary and unprofessional. If the location is closed earlier than advertised, that needs to be communicated clearly both online and at the door. Customers shouldn’t have to guess why a business is closed, and they certainly shouldn’t be mocked for trying to understand the situation. Please address this lack of respect and update your hours...

The food was prepared well and is better than what we have on the mainland. The problem is with the service. The employees seemed to be annoyed to have customers... perhaps it was due to the size of our order (four of us sampling items not found on the mainland menu), or my Spanish being at a beginner level, or that three out of the four of us were white. I would still recommend trying the breakfast menu at Wendy's if visiting Puerto Rico, but probably best to try a...
