an absolute must when visiting PR. chinese-puertorican food is the embodiment of perfect flavors. food is always amazing. i need to buy the cook a beer. staff is always fast and friendly. China Sun at the famous 18th bus stop in the Santurce area of San Juan is located very near the Condado turistic area. They cook the traditional "Puerto Rico Chinesse" food, that you won't find anywhere in the US but only in PR. Even though I have my favorite "PRC food" at a different restaurant, this specific place cooks the old fashioned thick egg roll that comes with the rib meat. Yes, the one we used to eat in the 80's. Typical fast food Chinese, I guess. Huge portions, cheap, etc… I ordered shrimp lo mein. The shrimp was actually good, but the lo mein was way, way, way overcooked, like it had been cooking all day, so it just dissolved in your mouth. I asked for hot chili paste.
