McDonald's — Restaurant in San Leandro

I ordered the quarter pounder (the fresh beef one) right after ordering (mobile ordered) I walked up to the counter to get a token for the bathroom. "MOBILE ORDER" one of the ladies belted out. Couldn't be mine I think takes too long to cook that burger. I wait to ask for a coin. She tells our "mobile order" again. I look around, wondering. I look at her and say I have a mobile order but I ordered the quarter pounder. Still not having simply said my order number which would have eliminated all confusion, she says the quarter deluxe no onions no pickles right. Confused I approached. "the fresh beef one" I ask. Needless to say. It wasn't fresh. At all. Hopefully it's been less than an hr since it was made but you can tell from dryness, lukewarmness and the non melted cheese they cheated their way...

This store allows delivery drivers to steal orders because they don't make them confirm the order in front of them before giving them food. I came in here to pick up an order a week or so back and the night manager (middle age latina woman) could not have cared less that the customers food was stolen and said it wasn't her problem, to call support and cancel the order. It's kind of wild that they don't take responsibility for their mistakes and make it right. I've been to other mcdonalds where they immediately remake the food because it was their mistake not to have the driver confirm. Unfortunately there are a lot of garbage people in this area and the restaurant should be doing more to protect customers/customer representatives from being screwed over. I went to McDonald's in San Leandro California but regardless of them remodeling the whole inside of the McDonald's the service is still Barry poor and the managers seem to not want to really help their employees in certain conflict with customers. Can I go inside that McDonald's it seems as if the employees run the store and the managers just kind of fall back they do not seem to want to interact with customers when conflict arises and bat McDonald's. The horrible part of it is the retired Asian guy who used to run the McDonald's at Oakland near Eastmont Town Center was a good manager and I see him every now and then he is retired but he really needs to crack down on the managers at this McDonald's in San Leandro Andrew California in the Washington Plaza it really makes...
