Thieves!!! Health Hazard!! Causing harm to customers!! To save money to the store, employees here are willing to cause people to be sick. Ordered a number of drinks from here and some of our colleagues ended up having frequent diarhhea and other adverse negative side effects. It ruined our day! Turns out this place be taking people's money for what was ordered and turned around and used other more cost effective/cheaper ingredients instead thus not honoring what people actually ordered to save the store thus committed decieving transactional tactics thus committed theft of customers money and causing harm to people's health. Taking people's money and not delivering what was ordered = stealing customers' money! People should be cautionary when ordering from this place or any other Starbucks! We ordered our drinks to be made with almond milk and oat milk, but they still used cheaper regular diary milk as ingredient to make our drinks. Investigation required! Employees stealing from customers! Most of the people who work here are cool, but some have no shame in stealing from customers. Please be wary and be ready to take videos and pictures whenever you see employees holding up the cheap gallon of diary milk should you ordered drinks with oat milk or almond milk as some people are lactose intolerant. To save money, this place is willing to cause people to be sick. It sucks that people cannot order drinks from this place without ease of mind! Health authories may need to look into this place or have cases be reported to...

Very interesting Starbucks. I walked up to hear modern rap/ popular culture music. I know the songs but at Starbucks.

I think to myself, I guess it's because of the atmosphere lot's of people of color. I walk in to see no people of color working there, it feels totally off. (This obvious observation. I won't take on.)

The lady in front was busy counting her money I order then ask about the music. "There are lot's different playlist" she says I say aloud " I guess it's because of where we are" and then suggest instead that we take people out of the norm an give them something new, different. She just laughs😅.

All this to say I'm sad.

This music is not relaxing, it perpetuates bad language, crude talk, degrading of women.

Why not use the same music I heard at Union Ave Starbucks in Los Gatos this...

I like this location; it is tied second best with the marina location to my home store.

The store inside safeway is the closest to me. But when I can’t get there I order from here or the marina square location.

I ordered thru Uber eats since it’s the first football game of the season and there’s a baby at home. They filled all three of my drinks to the tippy top and they were made perfectly. DROOL. The Bayfair location always gyps my drinks. I usually get venti’s or trentas, depending on the drink. The Bayfair location doesn’t fail to stop filling the cup two to three inches...
