Negranti Creamery — Restaurant in San Luis Obispo

Excellent ice cream. I can't eat cow's milk ice cream so I haven't had ice cream in ages, I was super stoked to find this place and finally be able to eat some ice cream without dying inside.

We've been twice now. The first time we were served by a young lady who was super friendly and happy, exactly what you'd expect when you go to an ice cream shop. This past Friday when we went, it was staffed by a different lady who seemed very unhappy to be doing her job. Acted like we committed a crime because our two little girls each wanted one single sample of ice cream before ordering. I don't know what her problem was, but perhaps find a new line of work if serving ice cream is so upsetting to you. She really was a bummer on our good time for absolutely no reason. I hope she's not there next time or we'll probably skip it.

7/10/25..Unfortunately did not have a great experience here today.. walked up here from the local neighborhood. My little girl wanted ice cream cake batter to be exact, with sprinkles. We have a choice of cone or cup as a customer am I correct? I mean it's only right we are the ones consuming and PURCHASING!!. WELL THE EMPLOYEE RESPONDED WITH WE CANT DO CONE IT WOULD HAVE TO BE IN A CUP BECAUSE THE SPRINKLES ALL FALL. I said, I'm sure you can after all it's a little girls request. So, I said it's okay and left..she said I can go elsewhere!.. umm that's a great way to treat customers. Other than that place looked nice and clean.too bad we couldn't enjoy...
