We were passing through SLO and decided to have breakfast. I went strictly by reviews and ratings and this place popped up and looked great. We were definitely not disappointed! The breakfast burrito was excellent and I utilized the gluten free tortilla option which was great! We also got the egg sando and they were out of tomatoes so they subbed with avocado which was even better! The hot sauces were great and there was some outdoor and indoor seating. There are multiple other things on the menu that looked amazing and it was hard to choose! They also looked to have kombucha on tap as well as all different kinds of coffee options. The interior was clean and cozy. We must have been very lucky because we arrived around 11:00 a.m. and there were only 5 people in front of us in line. Within 10 minutes there were 22 people in line behind us!!! We also grabbed a blueberry matcha scone that was GF and so so good. This place is a real gem and I'll be sure to visit again when in town!

New to me place. The coffee is amazingly good. The one pictured is a rosemary mint cappuccino. Super smooth and velvety. Just enough flavors of rosemary and mint that they both play with the smooth coffee wonderfully. The burrito is the loco moco burrito. A super tasty and unique take on traditional loco moco. Here is the most important part, as we were walking in we noticed GIANT Blackberries and a sign acknowledging the local farmers supplying the restaurant. Theses guys had a line from the time we entered to the time we left. Amazingly there were never anyone waiting for food and beverages, everything just flowed. You could tell that the staff really wanted to be there and enjoyed what they do. This will be in the rotation and I highly recommend giving them a try.

As a local, I’m in love with this place! They have a great breakfast, lunch, and coffee/drinks menu with something for everyone as well as four specials they rotate at the beginning of every month. Some of my most memorable breakfasts have been specials from their menu! Their pastry case always has a couple types of scones, giant cookies, loaves and croissants. The food pricing is sometimes a little higher than I would like, but it’s worth it to me. The vibe is cozy, great natural lighting and varied seating (tables for bigger groups, cushioned bench seating, four person tables, and a couple cozy chairs). They also have great outside seating options around the building. The team there is so great, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my food and coffee. I ordered a cold brew and burrito, both which I really enjoyed. However, I do believe the staff is a little on the short end from my first experience. Typically when I go to coffee shops, I see a wide range of interactions with the customers and employees, which is what makes places like these so enjoyable. They seemed rushed and uncomfortable with the work load with no time to take a breath. This could have just been a one time thing, the one time I went, but it always makes me sad when I see people acting on bad faith. Bad faith a philosophical concept in which human beings, under pressure from social forces, adopt false values and disown their innate freedom, hence acting inauthentically.

Recommended by the lodging we stayed at and we were very satisfied with quality and taste of food, charming decor, friendly service. Pretty crowded for a Sunday morning 9:30am and it was also too cold (low 50’s) to enjoy a hot breakkie. FYI Photos from another reviewer showed more outdoor tables around the corner. Hubby got the BLT sando, I ordered the eggy bread dish (like a savory bread pudding) and we shared a buttermilk waffle! All excellent although a tad more honey on the waffle would have been great. Definitely would return when visiting!
