Rude and they don't wear gloves when handling the food! Please read because I'm shocked and it's the worst service experience I've ever had! The guy working the counter gave someone in front of me the wrong order and when putting the pretzel bites back his hand touched all the pretzels on top. I asked for a different cup when he pulled the same one out and told him why. Instead of getting me a different cup of pretzel bites from the warming case he turned around and put the same pretzels in a different cup touching even more of them!
