Rude and they don't wear gloves when handling the food! Please read because I'm shocked and it's the worst service experience I've ever had! The guy working the counter gave someone in front of me the wrong order and when putting the pretzel bites back his hand touched all the pretzels on top. I asked for a different cup when he pulled the same one out and told him why. Instead of getting me a different cup of pretzel bites from the warming case he turned around and put the same pretzels in a different cup touching even more of them! I asked again for a different cup of pretzels out of the case and he got rude and said loudly "just so you know ALL the food is getting touched back here." If you can get past the prices, you will find that the pretzels are often overly greasy/oily and undercooked. I decided to try it for the first time yesterday. Several coworkers have gotten sick from eating their pepperoni pretzels. I decided to try just a standard one. It was oily and soggy and undercooked. They don't give 2 cares in the world at this place. I was here 2 months ago. And the guy, who was the closest thing to a manager, was so uncaring to us. We just wanted cinnamon sticks. And he didnt care haha. He had this look on his face like "hurry up". They tasted really good tho. Just wish it was more professional at this place.
