Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in San Marcos

Not a student, but an attendee for a conference at the LBJ center. Day one, went for lunch and purchased a Cobb salad. Nuggets were thrown in there whole (should be chopped) and lettuce was missing the corn and bell pepper flakes. Also just poorly assembled. No receipt was provided to do survey. Day two, I decided to go get breakfast and ordered the breakfast bowl. Again, another disappointment. Bowl ingredients were placed in the smallest bowl they had and not the usual bowl it should come in. Hash browns were way overcooked or maybe just old. IDK if it's because of the school year not starting yet or the fact that since this Chick-fil-A is on campus so maybe quality is sacrificed but definitely wasn't up to par with what I'm used to for Chick-fil-A. I wouldn't go expecting to get your moneys worth as you would at a standalone or even a mall...

Went in there and tried talking to the dude to order in person when the restaurant was completely empty because I don’t like using the kiosk. Dude literally pointed at the kiosk instead of talking to me or even trying to take my order. Card failed to read and didn’t say anything so I sat there waiting for like 15 minutes. Went up to ask about my order and he said to check my bank statement because it probably didn’t go through (it didn’t). Took my order and 5 minutes later I got a raw chicken patty. AWFUL pick up system, i've been going here since I was a freshman at TXST and its never been this bad. With the rising number of students being accepted to the school, management has to figure out a better way to dispatch that many orders. The poor girl is trying to give out like 30 orders at once, and you could barely hear her and you're left standing in a mass of people hoping you can push your way to the counter to confirm your order is ready.
