TERRIBLE customer service.Left a bag of groceries behind, called ahead of time before going to get them because I knew were closing soon and I really didn’t want to waste gas. On the phone the lady said it was fine and I could pick up my groceries at the front. Went over there to pick up my groceries exactly 2 minutes past closing time, they were still attending to other customers. Silly me for thinking that since I talked to someone before hand and since I’m just picking up groceries that I ALREADY paid for and left behind, this could be an easy and fast situation to sort out. When I got there I made eye contact with two employees so I can quickly get my groceries, they were still attending to other customers, all registers weren’t closed. Was blatantly ignored. Stood outside for a good 5-7 minutes until they called the manger to come “deal” with me (again just wanted to pick up my groceries that I paid for and called ahead just in case the situation happened) manager tells me he can’t help me get my groceries, to just hand me my groceries that I paid for they can’t do, even when they were able to attend to other customers and ignore me outside all that extra stuff of me driving back and wasting gas and calling ahead to not get my groceries I PAID for already. To just hand it to...
Read moreBLUF: Be prepared to pay AT LEAST 10% more for your purchases, the proof is in my pictures. This Target was clearly made to service the Texas State student community. It’s selection features many more grab-and-go type food items than a regular Target. It’s beer and wine selection is stocked with basic fruity drinks like hard seltzers and the cheapest brews you can find, at high volume. Most housewares are what you would find in a college dorm. Decor wise it’s very stylish, doesn’t quite feel like a Target, but doesn’t feel like a small local shop either. They tried blending the two, and it works. The staff is really friendly too. There are more self checkouts than registers, of which there are only two. It really is just a larger convenient store, price hike included. I shop the large Target in San Marcos regularly and was appalled by the price increase on almost everything I saw. For examples I uploaded photos of some frequently purchased items I know were overpriced. If I were buying any more than $10 worth of merchandise, spend the 70¢ in gas to go to the big Target and buy what you need. You’ll save a...
Read moreI'm literally in this Target right now writing this review. I had ran all the way to back to use the restroom because I needed to go. Door was lock so I had to go to front of the store there was man behind the counter just chatting it up with someone not working related. And ask if he can please open the restroom door. He has ugly disrespect tone with me. And was basically waiting for me to leave so he call someone to open the door. I said go ahead call them rn because it's emergency. Just do it no need for attitude. Told manager and he didn't even respond to what I had to say. But stated talking about just hit the call button next time I need to use it. Then I said again the guys attitude very rude up front still wasn't listening talking about button. Then I was like did you just heard what I said. I came too you with concern your not even listening bro. Damn if hate talking to people then this job isn't for...
