I've gotten three piercings there now, all done by Alyssa: my industrial, my lobes, and my lip. First two piercings were done well; however, some some things were off, like how some of the jewelry was low-quality, the shop's aftercare tips actually being unsafe in the eyes of piercing and medical professionals, and Alyssa being pretty stand-offish. But I ignored these red-flags because they had pretty good prices and it was easy to get in and out quick. That proved to be a mistake when it came to my lip piercing. Because Alyssa is stand-offish, she didn't communicate well about my needs in a lip piercing; I trusted her placement when it came to the piercing which was DEFINITELY a mistake. She placed it too low and in at 90 degrees rather than an angle, not only meaning that I could never wear hoops in it, but also that it was directly at my gum line, which caused gum receding after only a few months of having it. Now I'm having to take the piercing out to try to make sure my gums and teeth aren't permanently damaged and who knows if it's actually safe to get it re-pierced eventually. I get having rough days and being frustrated with customers, but when someone has only been polite to you and is literally getting a piercing, no matter how much professional knowledge you have if you don't communicate with your customers about their needs and anatomy, you're not a...

I wish I could give this place less stars. I didn’t even get a tattoo here and the experience was still terrible, I called to ask a question and the staff member who answered the phone was SO RUDE. I asked if they took walk ins and they said yes we are usually good for walkins between 8 and 9, I told them we would be there about 830 if that was okay, the guy then told me that they would likely be closed by then?? Their information clearly says that they close at 10, I asked why they would be closed if we were trying to make an appointment and they say they close at 10?? The guy was extremely rude and said that he didn’t have to listen to be complain about their hours. I immediately hung up and was just appalled that they could be so rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I have no idea what their work is like to be fair but purely based on a customer service standpoint this place is sorely lacking. I do highly recommend Body Expressions instead their customer service was amazing, they stayed open an extra 4 hours just because they had so many walk ins and the work...

Normally this is my go to spot for quality jewelry at a cheap price. My experience today however, was unfortunate. I was greeted promptly and told the girl working that I wanted to buy a replacement ring for my cartilage; she informed me that the piercer was with someone but would be right with me. Whatever, I didn't mind waiting a few minutes. What I DID mind was that two different girls entered the store after me. Once the piercer was finished, she went over to help one of these girls before me. I tried to say "excuse me ma'am" but I guess she didn't hear me. after waiting another 25 minutes, the piercer went to help the other girl before me AGAIN. Again I said "EXCUSE ME, I've been waiting here longer." And was again ignored. Other employees watched me be ignored knowing I had been waiting longer. At that point I was beyond fed up and left. I ended up waiting 30+ minutes for nothing for something that would've taken 2 minutes to complete. It'll be awhile, if ever, until I cool off enough...
