40 minutes in line just to say you don't have the order I'm picking up.... I'm a door dash driver and I had to wait in the drive thru line going out to the street just to get to the window and y'all say you don't have the order. I wouldn't be upset if the guy at the intercom didn't ask for the order number to confirm that you did have it. Once I finally got to the window after 42 minutes (I keep track on the app) this guy looks over at the counter and says "I don't have it" HUH??? He told me to tell doordash so they could call the store to confirm that the order wasn't there. When door dash called no one picked up the phone... I get that you guys are busy but this could be so easily fixed with the slightest big of care and checking. Also side note I know you guys can see the drive thru line I've worked in fast food. Why are you letting people who cut the line order with everyone else?? There's one line and everyone knows that and last night some people were making a second line and you guys completely ignored it and kept taking their orders despite the fact that they were cutting. Make them wait an extra two or three orders after line one because again 40 f-ing minutes in line...

That’s basic common sense. I waited with no response. A simple “please wait” would have been polite. When I went to the window to let them know no one had answered, all I wanted was to order fries. Instead, the employees inside seemed more focused on chatting and laughing than working.
The young man at the window was extremely rude, telling me I had to get back in line. I politely asked if he could just take my order there, but he refused. Then, he had the nerve to come back and say, “If only you were patient, you could’ve ordered on the machine.” I was livid, but still remained polite and asked to speak to someone else.
The manager came over, but was no help at all. I told him what his employee had said, and he claimed I told the employee to say that. Completely unacceptable. Worst...
