Stoners Pizza Joint San Marcos — Restaurant in San Marcos

We ordered food at 8:20 pm and were made aware that it would take over an hour to be delivered at 9:30 pm which was fine. But by 10:00 we had not received anything despite it saying it was out for delivery and on its way, it kept pushing back the delivery time and when we finally called they said we had given the wrong address even though on THEIR website it lists specific places for address and apt number that we CORRECTLY answered. The “only thing they could” was to offer a refund which was appreciated but it’s the fact of the matter, we waited all this time for nothing. (Not to mention, the employee who answered the phone was oddly blamey for a mistake made on THEIR part) .The website apparently needs an overhaul to account for “customer mistakes” 🙄 and in their words is “not...

Well, I was hoping that this would be a good place for pizza. Simply, it was a papa John's with a different name. First off, whether inside or take out, all the food is served in to go containers. Not very appetizing when dining in. The Caesar salad was iceberg lettuce with packaged dressing. The lettuce was cut so large, that we had to re-cut to get it into our mouths. The pizza crust was doughy (uncooked) and there was very little veggies and pepperoni on the pies. My wife threw up a red flag when we pulled into the parking lot at 5pm and no cars. My bad. I come here most Fridays for a large pepperoni pizza to go. I'm always greeted with a smile and sometimes they even give me a free drink while I wait. The decorations are fun and the food is good. My meal is less than 10 dollars for an entire (delicious) large pepperoni pizza. Also, the cookies are very good. They are soft in the middle which is just so delicious. This place always has a welcoming atmosphere and very reliable quality. I would definitely recommend...
