This location is the TSA of Starbucks-Rude, entitled power trippy employees & unapologetically, inexplicably long wait times. I had been sitting in the drive through for 20 mins. by the time I finally made it to the speaker. I would have gone inside but am sick and didn’t want to get anyone else sick. When I finally got up there m, there was no apology for the insane wait for a Sunday late afternoon. They were out of what I asked for. At this point I was snappy at the barista who I had to repeat my order to 3 times. Some snotty manager gets on the speaker and escalated the situation. I told him I had been sitting in line for the past 20 mis as well and he couldn’t have cared less either. If this overgrown child who I assume was the shift “manager” can’t stand an irritated customer then he better not ever stop working at his safe space. In the real world you have to learn how to work with ppl. By the time I left it had been 30 mins. I go to Starbucks less and less choosing local places and this will make me go even less. At this point I will only go to a Starbucks if I’m really desperate, there are wayyy better places with polite employees and normal wait times. I am calling the complaint number bc this was beyond unreasonable and based on repeated similar low star reviews, the store manager doesn’t care to address...
Read moreI placed an order on the app 15 minutes before arriving at the store for in-store pick up. It was extremely busy when I arrived with a line of at least 15 cars in the drive thru (honestly prob more.) I go inside to get my order and they tell me they’re indoor in closed (although the door was not locked) just so they can tell me they’re extremely short staffed and I needed to get in the drive thru line to get my order. I very plainly told them that I didn’t have an extra 30-45 minutes to wait in that line and asked if I can just cancel my order and get a refund. They looked at me as if I was being unreasonable and started to rush me out the door saying they couldn’t refund me. I responded “ok but I don’t have enough time to wait” Clearly, I’m not okay with paying for an order that I wouldn't be receiving! One employee than shouted that I needed to cancel on the app. But I had already tried that and there was no such option. I told them that and then someone else shouted that I needed to “just call the number” as she shut the door in my face. What number? I was extremely put off by the entire interaction. Look, I get it. Read moreTo begin this review, I am a hospice nurse that works on call hours. On 07/15/2025, I was heading back from a very emotionally taxing visit when I was wanting to hit up Starbucks. It was my fault for not knowing the store was closed and that was on me. However, when I got there at 9:40pm and get to the door, the barista behind the counter (male with dark hair)with a dirty look on his face started yelling no, waving his hands, and aggressively crossing/fanning underneath his neck (almost like a motion of slitting one’s throat). The girl closing with the barista sweeping the floors was caught off guard by the barista’s actions as she was about to very kindly through the window tell me they were already closed.
I normally don’t post reviews as it’s too much of a bother most of the time and again it is not that the store was closed. That’s fine and it was on me for not having looked up store hours prior. However, the lack of kindness in this moment during a difficult night is hard for me to not bring to anyone’s attention. This review is to say a little kindness goes a long way. You don’t know how anyone else’s morning, day, night or even life is going.
That being said this left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be coming back...
