My friend and I came to the store with our kids because we are mom's and need to take our kids everywhere with us. We were trying our best to keep the kids away from the showcases so they didn't leave their fingers prints on the glass, we were there for about 7 min looking and nobody ask us if we needed anything, then finally my friend ask for a bracelet and the lady that took care of us left with out saying anything, we thought that she was going to get it so we could pay, then she started taking care of another customer that had just arrived even though there was another lady there who could have taken care of her, after a couple of minutes my friend ask if she could pay the lady said she was taking care of another customer and to wait but she answered with an attitude, finally when she was done with the other customer my my friend approached to pay and we left the store not even a single smile the entire time , the bracelet was very pretty perfect for a gift but I don't know if it was because of the kids or because we were Hispanics but the customer service left a lot...

Staff were welcoming, polite and dealt with a large number of visitors with kindness and grace; checking everyone in to a line and being helpful in the process. I was returning a beloved ring I purchased a few months ago - a segment had come loose and I boxed up to return which, when I showed staff in store, was now completely detached. I had fully anticipated a repair regardless. Upon my turn to be served, Staff didn't hesitate to replace the ring! Awesome! As a consequence, another ring I had been considering (on line) and measured finger whilst in line, I decided to take the plunge and purchase today. Please remember, when purchasing jewelry, customers often need to take time.
