Jersey Mike's — Restaurant in San Pablo

We went into Jersey Mike's to get a super Sub which says is $10.49 on the online menu. I am in a wheelchair and it is difficult for me to get in and out of the car so my brother and his wife went in to get the sandwich I requested and that we had planned on a splitting three ways and when they came out it was $24 instead of $10.49. we did add bacon which he said was going to be $2 and turned out to be an additional $4. And when questioned about the bill He said we got a giant or a * 5. This price that we paid didn't include a drink chips or a cookie only a sandwich that three of us shared. I believe that that price is overkill and we probably will not try to experience this again and go somewhere else like subway. Service was outstanding at this Jersey Mike's location very good service from staff, but my experience yesterday was extremely upsetting. My order took 20 minutes and the employees were struggling with how busy it was. Kudos to them but better staffing need to be done 2 employees for all the customers that were in there yesterday was just overwhelming for them. who ever owns this place is being unfair and careless of the employees, completely devastating to watch how over worked they were last night it's being going on for a few nights that I continously come and the order is taking too long for this location to be understaffed I will definitely...

Staff were friendly & welcoming, but authentically seeming, not in a weird forced way like you would experience at Chick-fil-A 🤭 They validated my need for cooked meat (due to pregnancy) & didn't make me feel like a fool, an experience I've had at a bunch of other places sadly. Store was clean. Food was put together promptly. My sandwich was exactly what I wanted. Not greasy but fresh & flavorful. & I got it plain AF 😂.
