Great place. They have authentic Guatemalan food. I go there often and the food it's consistent and great. I hope they never change their ways. Great job guys.

Update:

Well unfortunately they did change their ways, now that the place has grown in revenue they do not care about customers but only the sales. Customer service is bad. We ordered our food, waited about 1:30 hour (they were busy so we waited because we got some appetizers and I also have restaurant experience so I know that ticket times can be long) but we noticed that other tables were getting their orders (lots of other tables) so we asked for the check, there was no manager approach, and the excuse was that the order never made it to the kitchen even though they did entered it in the POS (weird because they did get our appetizer's ticket). Needless to say that my time is gold, I feel upset that I paid for the appetizers because I never got my food and I wasted time there. The sad thing is that we loved this place but we had already seen some changes in their quality, and when we ordered delivery the consistency was a hit or miss. Small portions or normal size portions are a regular problem here.

They will definitely not miss us because they have their clientele well stablish but if they do not get steer back into the great business they once were, they will lose customers.

Bueno, desafortunadamente, sí cambiaron su forma de ser, ahora que el lugar ha crecido en ingresos, no les importan los clientes, sino solo las ventas. El servicio al cliente es malo. Pedimos nuestra comida, esperamos alrededor de la 1:30 hora (estaban ocupados, así que esperamos porque conseguimos algunos aperitivos y también tengo experiencia en el restaurante, así que sé que los horarios de los boletos pueden ser largos) pero notamos que otras mesas estaban recibiendo sus pedidos ( muchas otras mesas) así que pedimos el cheque, no hubo un acercamiento del gerente, y la excusa fue que el pedido nunca llegó a la cocina a pesar de que lo ingresaron en el POS (raro porque recibieron el boleto de nuestro aperitivo) . No hace falta decir que mi tiempo es oro, me molesta haber pagado los aperitivos porque nunca conseguí mi comida y perdí el tiempo allí. Lo triste es que nos encantó este lugar, pero ya habíamos visto algunos cambios en su calidad, y cuando pedimos la entrega, la consistencia fue impredecible. Las porciones pequeñas o las porciones de tamaño normal son un problema habitual aquí.

For management: Teach your people the joy of service. When we serve, our own worries go away, at least while we're serving. The people They serve work hard to serve too. Service goes around and makes us all better people.

Specifically: Clear dishes often Visit your table more often to check in If customer asks you to get the bill, follow through; don't make them come to the counter and then make them wait longer while you chat with your coworker. Put the customer ahead of your side conversations w coworkers. You think that laughing with coworkers is what makes work fun. It's good to have fun in ways that don't delay service to customers. There's even more joy in work, when we step out of our own desires to help another person.

First time here. Came with my family. It was four of us. We got 2 of the biggest entrees(forgot the name of plates sorry). And we shared between the four of us. It was more than enough plus had some left over. The presentation was 👌 but the flavor is w it at is all about. The flavor was authentic. Tastes just like it was homemade. The meat was cooked perfectly!!! I highly recommend if you're looking to try authentic Guatemalan food. The Garrnachas as an appetizer are addictive. So delicious.
