I Ordered my food for delivery then was asked do i wish to tip the driver i was then told i could only tip 15% and or more i said no that is incorrect i said give him $5 she finally said ok and then i asked how long till my order would arrive i was told oh maybe 1 hour i said oh one hour that is a while she said yes but it wont be that long ok fine thank you so the hour passed and i called hello hi where is my order oh she says the driver has not returned its going to be another 30 minutes well this is going to be 1.5 hours now its a bit long and is my food just sitting waiting ???? NO No No Sir its just now finishing being cooked ???? so it takes that long to cook it huh ??? wow thats strange but ok so the 30 minutes is passed and i call hello where is my order ??? The driver this the driver that ! ! Oh ok please cancle my order and i would like a refund please NO ! I wont refund the driver is now at your house i said i dont want cold old sitting food take it back she says no i wont refund haNG UP ON ME i call back finaly she says HAALF i Give you HAlf you money back i said no way wont do you give me all of my money back or this is Fraud so they hung up again so i called back she says ok we too busy to talk with you now call back OMG so i did she says LIZ says the manager has refunded my money in full i said sorry for the isssues but you have to understand an hour and a half to be fed cold food and sitting food is not ok yeah whatever no lets see if they really do refund me in full i says this place is not so nice to there customers and they are CHEAP RIP...

This is a place I would normally get my Chinese food however I haven't been happy with the quality of food last 5 times with me bringing the food back and all I was offered for my dissatisfactory of food and my in person complaint was another Lil 2oz cup of sauce for the chicken I did not want. I was not given a: "I'm sorry you didn't like or sorry you found chicken cooked too long". No :"let's see how we can rectify this". I will never ever go back to this place again. They could have offered to give me the bbq pork chow mein I ordered instead of these fatty left over pieces that I do not eat nor like, they could have offered to recook me a half order of the chicken or they could have offered me at least half my money back. Why would they think a Lil cup of sauce would make the wrong and over cooked order all okay? So i end up $20 out and got only a half order of walnut chicken. Do not eat here if you are cravy this cuisine or if you dont like it cuz you will still pay for it....

I just had the opportunity of ordering the salt and pepper fried prawns from this place. I have to say that I was highly disappointed in the food and the quality of service here. They charged me $14.15 for some prawns that were very dry, the batter tasted as if it was old or had just been sitting out all day, all of the seasoning was sitting to the bottom of the box so the prawns essentially had no flavor. Not to mention when I asked for sweet & sour sauce because none was in the bag they lady told me it doesn't come with any and acted as if she was irritated that I had even asked for some, so she gave me an extremely small container of sweet & sour sauce that wasn't even near enough. If your in the area and looking for great Chinese Food, save yourself the trouble and skip right...
