Updated 2021: Still a really bad Chipotle location. The reviews of others speak a lot. (LONG REVIEW CLICK TO READ) Management needs works. App is horrible. I had placed an delivery order through the the Chipotle app at 8:15PM and received it at 10PM. I had to go to the Chipotle restaurant and ask them if they can cancel my order, they said they could not. How can you not cancel the order if a customer used your app? I had to tell 2 door dashers there that they can cancel my order.
All of the door dashers waiting there (as many as 7) did not keep any Social Distance with one another, basically stood/standed next to each other. I was shocked. I did not feel safe being in that Chipotle.
My brother placed an order at 6:45PM and apparently they never received his order? Why not call him and let him know? My mom and I had to go to the restaurant and tell them to make the order there. I don’t understand how you guys can have such poor management especially during a crisis. There is a thing called crisis management. If you are not able to cancel the order, at least have the decency to call the customer and let them know that their order will be late or that Chipotle is backed up. Chipotle did not even want to pick up any phone calls, having called them 5 times to figure out what was going on.
The order I received for delivery an hour and 10 mins after it said would arrive, I did not get everything I paid for. I asked for extra lettuce on my bowl but never got any lettuce. I also paid got guacamole and chips, and I never received it. Only bowl and tacos that I ordered. So you guys took $4.05 from me.
I get it you guys are new to the area, but this experience was atrocious. I will not be ordering or coming back to get from this specific restaurant. You are better off getting an amazing experience at another chipotle such as the one on Crow Canyon.
I contacted Chipotle support around 8:30PM and they never picked up. I wanted to cancel my order and get my refund but I was stuck eating a late dinner tonight with not all of my food even here.

Read moreI made a pickup order from the chipotle app and was upset to find an order that was totally wrong (see pictures). When I called in to ask about my options, I was even more upset to find out that two times in a row I reached a person who seemed like they were pretending not to know how to speak English. The guy would start with "hola" and persistently say no when I asked in very basic Spanish to speak to another person.
I ended up going into the store and finding that there were plenty of employees who did speak English and that it wasn't very busy. When I brought up the phone situation to the manager, she didn't believe me and thought that I had gotten the wrong number. I tried again and was able to see the phone ring.

Read moreThis place is the biggest hit or miss ever. I've been there 3 times recently. The first time, there was a guy who gave virtually no chicken at all. Like at all. The second time, there was a man there who was very nice and give the biggest portions I've seen from a Chipotle. Recently, I ordered Grubhub pickup. On grubhub you can't ask for light, or a side of something, so I just put my requests in the pickup instructions. I asked for a side of vinaigrette and sour cream, which there was none of. I also asked for light cheese on one of my bowls. There was no cheese at all. The food still tasted decent, but it was cold. I definitely will not be going to this...
