Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Ramon

First let me start with the first incident I had with these guys . I am a vegetarian and I order a veggie pasta. After a 45 minute wait I finally get my pasta ! I check for the label just in case to avoid mistakes and it shows my order. I open the order and I find chicken pasta. I call the store and I receive no refund , no store credit and get a very cold reply . I ignore the incident and let it be. Next time I order a pasta and pizza ...when i receive a call from the store..asking us to change the order since they are out of pasta... okay ......i calm myself down...tell myself...its the weekend and end of the day so they really must be out of pasta...... Now i am waiting in total hunger for my food...I keep the food tracker open in a hope to see when the guy leaves the store and I might get my pasta..... 10 minutes since the driver left the store with my pizza... no one at the door... since I was very sure how far the store was from where I live.... I knew there would be a knock at the door very soon... 20 minutes ...nope no food !!!! 30 minutes ...NOPE ! Now i call the store....and a very nice...soft spoken ("Sarcasm") gentleman answers my call and literally shouts at me for asking him where my food was !!! " then i cut the call and wait for my pizza...I finally get my pizza and bread sticks since there was no pasta...and wait... No Dip !!!!! but i clearly mentioned I needed one...I run down ask the driver for the dip and I get the usual cold reply saying he has no clue...since only bringing the food was his job..... I call the manager again...ask him where my dip was and get spoken to very rudely...so rude that I had to cut the call... then I start having my pizza...okay thank god...after all this I have a tasty pizza to enjoy....Now what do i find?/??? Hair !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are u serious?? Now whom do I call ? the manager who does not even have the minimum courtesy to be polite to your angry customer and hell yeah !! angry for a reason ! Bad service....poor food quality... What a joke this Domino's is. Don't get me wrong I've been to great domino's this has to be the worst one I've ever dealt with. Both pizza they sent to us were completely wrong. Tried for over a 1 hour to get through on their phone lines kept getting hung up on. And yes I will be calling my credit card company to take this off my charge. Don't waste your time on this place because all the reviews I saw are pretty much the same. I know better now to look at reviews before I purchase pizza from another place.:Update 4 days later still no response from this place. Update finally got ahold of them a week later later. Explain to him what happened. . both my pizzas that were delivered both were wrong and then I could not get ahold of them for over a week.wanted my money back finally said he would credit me one free pizza but they would charge me for deliver. this place should...

Yay, they have turned around, the service has improved, delivery is quicker, thin crust and handmade pan is just amazing and yes we love pineapple on our pizza :)..good turn around, a regular now.

Totally mismanaged for takeouts. Delivery takes forever so I decided to do a takeout, it turned out to be even worse. All the guys were on phone and there was a big line to even talk to the guys behind the counter.

It takes an army to make a pizza but it takes twice the manpower for just one of them to talk to ppl....
