Such a beautiful little food truck and the shaved ice is real, authentic shaved ice just like the kind they make in Hawaii. The owner, Jen, was telling us how she was inspired to make her truck after living in Hawaii and trying the real stuff. This ain’t your mama’s snow cone. This is the best shaved ice I’ve ever had.
