First off I want to start by saying that everyone here was super friendly and understanding which I definitely appreciated. The problems I had with this company were the service, skills, and lack of information. The repair that should have taken only 2 trips ended up becoming 5.
1st trip: I brought my White Pixel 3 in to be repaired on May 17 a few weeks ago (my back glass, camera, and lens) It was super simple they ordered my back class and camera and assured me the lens came with the back glass.
2nd trip: they called me about 4-5ish days later telling me the parts arrived. I came in and turns out the lens didn’t come with the back glass, they just assumed it did without checking. Like I said they were super friendly and didn’t charge me for the extra part but let me know it would be an additional 4-5 days tell I will be able to get it repaired.
3rd trip: When the lens finally arrived 5 days later I took it in to be repaired. After about 30 mins they brought the phone out to me informing me that they fixed the camera and lens, but they broke the back glass while installing it in the phone. They handed me the phone with the thankfully repaired camera but now newly shattered back glass. But informed me they ordered a new one free of charge but again would take another 4-5 days. If they hadn’t have ordered a new one because it shattered I would have asked for one because the new one that they put in was not white but sun-bleached and yellowish. So I assume all their parts aren’t new but pulled from other old phones. This was the 27th of May
4rth trip: About a week later June 7 I noticed I still didn’t receive a call. I also noticed now when I received calls my screen didn’t go black (to prevent my cheek from pushing buttons) and I couldn’t hear the other person on the other side. I don’t know if it was my fault all I knew was it started after I had it repaired the last time so I thought I would bring it in to see when the back glass was coming in (which they informed me that it would be another 4 days tell they got the glass) and if they could see what could be wrong and if it was something they might have did or not. They ended up taking a look at it and coming out with a loner phone saying they didn’t know what was wrong but they will be ordering me in their words a “new phone”. I didn’t ask for it but I was grateful because of all the time I wasted. I asked how long it would be and they told me it would only take a couple of days for the new one to arrive which was surprising on how quick it would be.
5th Trip: I waited patiently because I felt like I was bothering them already but exactly a week passed (not a couple of days) before they informed me the new phone arrived June 12. I came in but the “new phone” wasn’t new at all but a refurbished phone with a deep ding in the corner which was quite disappointing due to them saying I would be receiving a new phone not a refurbished one. They told me they only get refurbished ones and not new ones which they did not tell me originally. I happened to be there when another phone was picked up by a customer and the same person that repaired and shattered my glass also informed the customer that they chipped some of the paint or glass off of their phone which seemed now like a lack of skill seeing they also messed mine up as well.
In total this whole ordeal took about a month to get done starting on the 17 of May and finishing on the 12 of June. I’m honestly quite disappointed with this due to all the good reviews. Read moreI was highly recommend to this repair shop by my family. They have had several repairs across multiple devices. I took my phone in and got a few repairs done, namely: The screen, my back camera, and a full service cleaning. I picked my phone up within a few hours and was pleased.
After a week or so I noticed my phone would get really hot and the battery life was not what it used to be. I also noticed that my front camera was getting very dusty and my charging port would no longer hold the charger nor charge the phone unless I held it in a certain position.
It has now been about 4 weeks and my front camera is so dusty that I can no longer use Face ID, my charger port is broken and I’m lucky if I get a full charge and the battery life is terrible it won’t even last my full shift at work.
The reason I’m giving 1 star is because I called them and they were extremely condescending and rude about fixing my phone. They said that they would only cover the screen if they found anything wrong upon inspection but the screen isn’t even broken.
My phone was working fine before they touched it minus the broken screen and camera obviously but it had none of these other problems and I had 2 years prior to them going in and fixing it. They have left my phone worse off and put me out almost 400$. I would love it if they would right the wrong they have done.

Read moreUPDATE: I went back in and Anthony quickly fixed the issue. He was super helpful and kind, and I appreciated that he resolved the problem of the replacement screen draining my battery so quickly. It appears that the problem has been corrected. I wish, however, that the difference in screens would have been explained to me the first time. I would have selected the higher quality screen from the beginning to avoid the need to go in twice. The professionalism and speed was great, and that’s where it ends. Unfortunately the screens that they use are not high quality so it DRAINS the battery. Today is my first full day with the new screen, and I have already had to charge back to 100% twice, and I am currently back to only 30% battery life. The screen is also no where near the quality in touch-sensitivity as my original screen, and the colors are WAY off. After tax I spent nearly $230 to replace the screen for my iPhone 12pro, and unfortunately it looks like I will have to go to apple and spend even more money to get a quality screen. The prices are affordable here which seems appealing, but learn from my mistake and take your money elsewhere for your apple products.
