It's been a while since we last visited this place, and I must say, it looks completely different now. The grocery store and the food stand are no longer separated by walls; instead, they have this open-concept layout, which feels much more welcoming. We've learned to come during off-peak hours because, at lunchtime, it gets hectic. They must be doing something right, given how bustling it always is. The burrito we ordered was massive – so much so that we had to split it and save the other half for dinner. It was filled with succulent steak, flavorful beans, fluffy rice, crisp lettuce, fresh cilantro, and just the right amount of onions. Although most of the staff primarily speak Spanish, we didn't encounter any issues thanks to our confidence in the language. Google Translate can get you by before crying that they don't speak English. We definitely plan on returning, especially since everyone there was incredibly kind, and the service was always accompanied by a warm smile.

Food is good, hot sauce is hot, and it’s cheap. Take someone who thinks they know the best Mexican food spot in town. One al pastor burrito will change their mind. Recently upgraded so it doesn’t look as hole-in-the-wall authentic as it once did, but it is.

I would like to say that it is very nice to come to this place but birds I think a thousand times about coming because the cashier speaks so badly to one. By the way, her name is Maria, how bad. that people are not trained to do their job well

New ownership from what I can tell from a few years ago. When I go out to eat 70% of the time it is a Mexican restaurant. Most are friendly, especially in the roswell area. This place is anti-white racist. Wouldn't speak any English deliberately, and overcharged me deliberately for chicken nachos. $10.50, she charged me $14 for the shrimp nachos. I'm sure if I called her out she would.claim a mistake. It wasn't. The old I don't speak English routine so I can't be held accountable. I decided not to mess with it I just won't give them my business anymore. Then the cashier at the grocery section rolled her eyes, avoided a question I was going to ask about finding something, I said forget it. This is the kinda place that pisses everyone off, and needs to be watched for criminal activity, taxes, etc. And i hope some.of my reviews help government do their job. The city of sandy springs and metro Atlanta is sinking bc of this. Boycott this business. There are some new taquerias like El Indio in roswell near Holcomb and roswell rd that are excellent and friendly. Way better food, value and people. They should...

AVOID THIS PLACE! I went in to pick a shrimp cocktail for my dad, it was called in 10 minutes before picking it up. They said it would be ready in 5 minutes, but when I got there I still had to wait another 10 minutes for some reason even though the restaurant was empty. I was charged $15.07 for a very small serving of shrimp cocktail in a 16 oz container with about 10 shrimp and mostly liquid. Oh, and I was also charged taxes two times. One for .56 cents and another .52 cents. I should have checked the food but I was in a rush already as it was, and the bag was very bulky. They put some crackers and toppings in a bulky aluminum wrapper so it felt like a reasonable amount but not checking it out was on me, if I had time to check I would've pointed out the ridiculous order at the store. My parents have been coming here for 20 years, sadly they won't anymore. This is just a terrible rip off and terrible service. We don't recommend...

I like to come to this place for my meats. It has some stuff Americans markets don't carry and I appreciate that I don't have to drive far to a Nam Dae Mun or Buford Highway. It's a small store but just enough to get what I need. Everyone has always been very nice to me all the times I've been and I feel that most of the negative comments are just entitled Karens that never been to a non American store. I love the tacos there and I believe they are the best I've ever had (better than Las Tortas). They are very nicely priced and it's definitely a small hidden gem in Sandy. Even though some of them don't speak English they always knew what I needed. I hope they will stay and remain open for the...
