The worst couples massage I’ve had! The location initially seems a little sketchy when you pull up. Everything went well after we entered and were welcomed. We bought a Groupon for the 60 minute couples massage. We were led into a room and instructed to undress, lay on the bed, and wait for them to arrive in 8 minutes. I had a man, and my boyfriend had a woman. They were both really aggressive. The man was placing all of his weight on me despite the fact that I am a petite woman. I wanted a soft massage and so did my boyfriend. That was not what we got. He was digging his fingers into my back and shoulders. They do a hot stone massage towards the end and without checking to see if it's too hot for us or anything, they continued to rub them along our backs in a really forceful manner. The front desk employee urged us to tip the masseuses while they were standing right there as we were getting ready to leave. You DO NOT request a tip. If we believe the service was good, we leave a tip. They were all looking at us, so we had to tip. The massage wasn't at all enjoyable, and the customer service was rude. Horrible experience.
