In the five years that I’ve lived in the Sandy Springs and have visited this location, today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in this entire area. I ordered via the smoothie King app, for delivery as I have an extreme work flow that doesn’t warrant me the luxury of actually enjoying a full break on most days. Long story short all of my items were not delivered . I called the location to inform them and from there I felt like I’d reached the pits of hell. Stan the on duty manager was very unprofessional, dismissive, disrespectful and ultimately what I was able to witness in person dishonest. He took no ownership or displayed no courtesy or kindness regarding my issues and basically left it up to me to trouble shoot. I was talked over, talked down to, and disregarded because “it was the drivers fault they walked out and forget the pretzels”. Then to visit the location to get a refund speaking with his supervisor Eboni via phone , I was still talked over as I was attempting to explain what happened to HER. Stan and his brother made snide remarks regarding the situation, and retorted “ they record all of our calls, so we ain’t got nothing to worry about”. Well I pray the calls are actually recorded , because I definitely want someone from corporate to review that call, and advise me if that’s the way this franchise is now being represented. Read moreI have been going to this Smoothe King every couple of days since it is near the gym I go to and the location is on the way home for me. This location was temporarily closed for a while as it went a remodeling I think the store has only been reopened for about a month. I go several times a week to this location and as a result I have acquired reward coupons for $2 dollars off a purchase. This evening I purchased a smoothie and wanted to use my coupon and I was charged $2 dollars more for my normal smoothie price. I also pointed out that that the price they were charging me was not the price on their menu the employee told me that they recently increased their prices. How convenient lol. I told him I was charged the correct menu price YESTERDAY when I came in and did not use a coupon. The employee even appears confused about this. Another employee came over and told the employee that was assisting me that the Manager said they have to charge what the price is and that the price is the price. This seems dishonest to me and it looks like they have configured their system to not honor rewards coupons at this location. You just reopened a month ago and you are allegedly increasing your prices and do not tell customers your brand new menu doesn’t have the correct prices. This is very deceiving. Read moreI’ve come to this smoothie king several times because I live 3 minutes away and today I had the worst experience of all I never received this much disrespect in any establishment whereas at this point in time I feel as though I was discriminated against by the employee who involved 4 other male customers who was waiting for their order as well. I was the only female inside the store during this horrible experience.
