Five Guys — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

Very disappointed with lack of customer service here. Store hours say open 7 days a week from 11am- 10pm but the gentleman who was working said he was the general manager and refused to give me his name when I asked for a refund because they would not make my meal. I started my online order at 9:30 pm and completed it around 9:40 pm. I then waited until 9:50 PM when I saw someone in the store come towards the front door. I got out of my car to meet them at the door thinking I was getting my food but instead they locked the door and then walked away leaving me standing in the cold at the front door. I then preceded to wait in the cold outside at the front door for another employee for over 10 minutes until someone finally walked up to meet me at the door claiming to be the "general manager", saying sorry but they are closed. I showed him my phone email showing my order was processed and my credit card was charged $60 which included the $10 tip I had added. Very disappointed that not only I was refused service during business hours but that I was also refused an immediate refund. I will not be returning here for service again and would not recommend this location to anyone else as the customer service is extremely lacking. I even told the man working at the store how disappointed I was and he said it is against company policy for them to do anything...

So w my family ordered fries online and went to pick up the fries 7 minutes b4 closing. My kid is a young teen and was greeted with a spirit of witchcraft and unprovoked behavior by a European Manager. After getting the fries and bringing the fries to me i noticed the size was a small to medium size order when i ordered large. When my husband took the fries back into the store to try to get the manager girl to add more fries to the bag, he noticed that there were more fries inside of the cooker and all she had to do was add more fries to the back how she proceeded to get hostile with my husband and look at him and treat him in a bewitching behavior. I highly recommend that someone does a drug test on this lady. Also check your fries before you walk out of the store because you will be accused of taking some fries even if you are an honest person. 5 employees working. I stood 6’ in front of the register and not one greeted me for over 12 minutes. They greeted those that came in before me that stood at the register, but then switched to helping those migrating directly to the pickup area. I naturally moved over to the pickup area and was still ignored. Finally, one of the employees assembling burgers came over and asked what I was waiting on. I told her the name of the DoorDash order I was picking up, and while she found the bag, it still didn’t have the fries! Not only that, but despite having orders backed up, the fry guy didn’t have any fries made or any cooking! It seems out of five people, that was his only job and he couldn’t even do that right.
