Willy's Mexicana Grill — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

Honestly, this is not a very good Willy's at all. Maybe i came at a bad time, or they just had a bad day... I don't know. But what i do know is this is the worse Willy's I've been to in Metro Atlanta.

First, it took a long time for me to get through the line with my order. I've been in busier locations and went through the line faster than that. I was worried my food would be cold but the time i paid for my order!

Secondly, my food was dry and tasted old (like it has been sitting all day). Everything from the rice to the beans and even the meat had this stale non-fresh taste to it. I don't see how they are allowed to even serve this product! I barely wanted to eat it. Even the chips tasted old!

Lastly, i don't know if the women prepping the food need more training or what, But their customer service skills definitely left a lot to be desired. I have hearing loss, so i didn't hear the questions one of the ladies was asking me. She obviously wasn't paying attention to the fact that i had a hearing aid on. It took other people in line that I didn't even know to tell her that I had hearing loss! She just kind of blew it off like "well maybe one of them need to address me then!" Terrible!!!

Again, I've never experienced ANY of these issues at any other Willy's! I feel like i paid 12 bucks for something that probably should've been given away for free!!! (Yes it was THAT bad and nasty) And the service was that bad.

If you want a better experience and better food, go to the location at North druid Hills and Briarcliff! That's the one i go to because my job is right by it. The food is GREAT every single time. I've even introduced friends of mine to that location and they go there every time now!

In short, maybe I went to this location at a bad time (6pm Sunday 3/17). But If I'm comparing it to the consistency and quality of service of the other locations, this one rates very poorly in my opinion!! 3...

I have been going here for 10 years, however with the current pandemic I have resorted to online ordering. The first few times I got online orders here were slow, but at least I got what I ordered. However, a few minutes before writing this, I placed an online order for my family for four burritos, and after waiting 30 minutes I went to the online order counter, but nothing was there, and there was a long line of people ordering in. I went to the cashier and asked about my order, they told me to wait. After the ENTIRE LINE was served they asked me what my order was. I showed a screenshot and the person at the register started typing something in and called out the order to the guy making the burritos. After a bit of time they gave me an order, but I ordered 4 burritos, I only felt 3 of them. I asked if there were four, and the cashier said yes. I went to the car to check, and there were indeed only 3 burritos in the bag (later found out all of them were made incorrectly). I went back in to tell them this and showed them the order again. The cashier went to what I assume was the manager, and clear attitude was shown from them. I asked them and they said there was only 3 burritos on the order, which is incorrect.

Overall, I am very displeased that I was called a liar, did not get all of my food, was robbed of at least $8 dollars, and that the burritos I did get were all incorrect. I will not be coming back. It is a shame of what this...

I was literally just coming into town for a conference and wanted to grab lunch with my mom. Surely Chipotle and a few other familiar spots werw just a few miles away but getting on that wildebeest of an interstate was NOT an option and I wanted to try something different🤣 We decided to step out on faith. Walking into Willy's, its practically empty and quiet. My mom looked a little wary, and I assured her the door is right behind us if she's not feeling it. We look over the menu and of course I step to the plate, asking my customary question "What sells?". The gentleman insisted that I go for the Willy Philly and I trusted his judgement...

So glad I did! When I say that steak was seasoned by God himself! Perfecto! I got a side of queso and my mom would not unhand it so I ended up having to get another side of it. Mom was in love with her burrito bowl and trust, she can be picky so I know this was a gem for her. Eventually as we settled into our booth to banter, we noticed people coming in back to back. When I say people, I mean ALL PEOPLE! From hungry college students grabbing a bite between class to house wives passing through after grocery shopping. Willy's has something for everybody.
