Uzi's Pastries — Restaurant in Sandy Township

Just had some of his pastries at the Pittsburgh Pet Expo this weekend. Absolutely out of sight! I'm sad to see the actual bakery is two hours away from where I live. You can tell he uses high quality ingredients. The carrot cake is, hands down, the best I've ever had. And I've had a LOT of carrot cake!!! The cake is moist, light and perfectly seasoned. The cream cheese frosting is perfection. Just the right amount of sweetness. I took a piece of pumpkin roll home for my mom to try. She took one bite and said " Why did you only get one piece?" I would like to tell you how good it was, but I never got a bite. She is sending me back there today to get more.
