We paid and got our drinks, mine tasted straight like milk and my husband said his didn’t have much flavor eithier. I turned on my car light inside to try and mix my drink to see if the flavoring was just stuck in the ice but to my surprise my whole cup was ice. Not even a nails length from the rim of the cup, 5 gulps and I felt like I was just robbed from the whole drink. Read moreI hate to sound like a Karen but... I've only been the one time, while on a long road trip, headed back home. Waiting in line, there was really loud and annoying partial songs that would randomly play and then turn off after a few seconds. It was deafening volume. I ordered two Americanos with light cream. They informed me that they typically do 2 oz of cream in a 20 oz cup, so I asked them to cut that by half or more. Coffee came out ridiculously hot, so we couldn't touch the cups... because of that, I didn't notice, until back on the freeway, that they'd left one coffee black and the other was ridiculously over-creamed to the point it looked more like darkened cream, not lightened...

All I knew was that it was a blended rebel drink that was red that I had tried in the past when someone else ordered it. The cashier went through a list of drinks that fit that description, and when we settled on a dragon slayer (because nothing rung a bell) she even offered to replace it if I didn't like it.
