FiiZ Drinks — Restaurant in Sandy

I've mostly had good experiences with this location. Drinks have been made correctly. Almost everyone has been delightful. They have made online ordering a huge hassle. I figure if I order online they don't have to handle my payment. I don't mind the wait at the drive thru to pick up. That had never been a problem until recently. They've insisted I pull around and park in front of the store and call, and then they send someone out with my order. The first time that happened I waited 15 minutes and had to call again. They apologized and said they weren't sure if it was my car so they didn't come out. Last night I forgot my phone but instead of being allowed to go through the drive thru I was told to park and go to the door, explain that it was a pick up, and wait for them to go back and get it. I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I’ve been to this location a few times in the past, and it’s always been fairly positive, but during my recent visit, I was shocked with how terrible my experience was. The line was ridiculously long, like almost 30 minutes. There was a worker that came out to take orders on the iPad for about 5 minutes, but as the line started to get longer, she went inside. When I finally got to the window, the girl at the window had no mask or gloves. She was rude while taking my order, took forever making my drink, and then THREW the straw at me. I would hope that all employees are taught respect and proper etiquette while handing orders, but clearly, that is not the case. There are plenty of other drink locations throughout the valley that treat customers with respect. I’m going to take my business to them. I will not be returning to this...

Honestly disappointed to be writing this review as FiiZ used to be soda shop royalty & the best place to go hands down. I also like that the location is convenient for me. But over the last year service has took a nose dive, and quality of drinks is INCREDIBLY inconsistent - at a time where Swig is really pushing to make a big presence in the area - quality should be coming up not down. Their pup cups are really cute, and about 40% of the time the drinks are as ordered, but that other 60% (like today when I got back to work & they decided to randomly make my Threat Level Midnight a Coke Zero when they repeated the order back correctly) leaves a lot to be desired. Update - moving review back to 3 star - my last few experiences have been better, if this trend continues I will definitely come back more often & also...
