What the heck is that lady's issue me and my daughter came to the drive thru September 4th 2024 around 1pm and wow I've never in my life been so talked down to for starters no hi welcome or thank you for choosing just a real loud and aggressive order when your ready now my daughter is autistic so she doesn't like yelling my daughter covered her ears and became visibly upset it doesn't end there she would cut me off as I was trying to tell her my order somethings can wait ma'am no need to scream what side when I'm trying to get the food modification for my artistic daughter patience is a virtue this lady clearly doesn't have any we get to the window after a long wait and oh to my surprise she slams the window open and just yells my total to me now mind you my daughter has a lot of issues so I just wanted to know if it was the right order and if they had my modification on the flatbread before I could finish my sentence she cut me off again it was sorta like so 17.62 hey do you have the mod- yes it's on there 17.62 my order wasn't ready yet so she told me to pull around back and wait here I waited while 3 other cars made it out of the drive then the kid who brought out my sandwich gave me the wrong side so I asked for the proper one he processed to again bring the wrong side frustrated I just accepted the side as is just to find my daughters flatbread still had tomato and bacon on it I'm not going back my poor daughter can't handle the amounts of stress this visit brought us if I could I would convince everyone with an autistic or special needs child avoid this place at all costs...
Read moreI had an experience a while back where I ordered online via the app or pick up and arrived at the restaurant, (which should’ve been open) to nobody being there. I did not leave a review at that time. But given my experience today, I am choosing to write a review.
I placed an order on the app at 3:31 for pick up at 3:41. There were several cars in the drive-through. When I got to the window, the teenager handed me half of my order and did not know what else was in my order. He asked me to pull around to the left where I proceeded to wait for 12 minutes before another teenager came out and tried to hand me an incorrect item. I told him what I had ordered and that I had been waiting for over 10 minutes. He said yeah I am sorry and walked away. No ETA. No offer of water while we waited. This was a 95° day while I was sitting in the car with my toddler and no water (we had just finished at Uptown Jungle, finished our water, and were on our way home.)
After another 10 minutes with no sign of anybody coming, I pulled around to the front and walked in to ask about my smoothie. There were no customers in the lobby and nobody in the drive-through. I just am not sure what took so long. But there was no apology issued.
When I finally got home, 35 minutes after I ordered, my açaí bowl was frozen solid (other than the toppings). What, pray tell, would have been the delay when all they had to do was pull it out of the freezer? I will not be returning to...
Read moreI have visited this location several times. It is steadily going down hill. I placed at online order for two smoothies, two wraps and sweet potatoes. When I arrived at the estimated pick up time only the smoothies were ready. Not a big deal. I sat down to wait for the rest of the order assuming it wouldn’t take long. After almost 40 mins of watching the employees playing games while not showing any regard for customers in the lobby- I stood up to just tell them I needed a refund on the missing items because I needed to get back to work. They were unable to issue a refund due to the order “already being sent to the kitchen.” I then gave the option to put the refund balance on a gift card. They were unable to do that either. During this interaction I was very clear that I either needed the food or my money back. The food finally came out of the kitchen and I was apologized to about the wait. The excuse given was “we had a big order come in a little while ago and we are short staffed.” I would have been more understanding if the employees were genuinely trying to assist customers rather than playing around and wasting...
