This Olive Garden is typically pretty good. The hostesses greet you quickly and are friendly. On this visit the service was fairly quick however the wait staff likes to take your order without writing anything down. Like at other restaurants, this typically doesn't play out well. They either don't enter the order correctly or they don't remember what was ordered so they can't verify it's correct when bringing it to the table. I ordered the raspberry lemonade which is usually pretty good. Tonight it was weak on both the lemonade side and raspberry side. You can tell just by looking at it that it was weak. Not worth complaining about, just probably another way to save money. The bread sticks were good as usual as well as the salad. Ordered the create your own pasta dish with angel hair pasta, meat sauce and meatballs. As mentioned above, attention to the order failed. I got regular spaghetti instead of the angel hair pasta. The waitress did correct it quickly but only after I pointed it out. The meat sauce is a bit watery and the meatballs lack Italian flavors. Just a little bland. Otherwise the portion was very good and served very hot. Also ordered the pasta e fagioli soup. Very yummy and got a bowl to take home as well. You still get the chocolate mints and you pay with their kiosk. The kiosk does not calculate tip correctly against the subtotal, instead it uses the amount including tax. You can adjust it easily.

BEST Olive Garden in the area! It really looks like a miniature village on the inside, much like a Disney venue - themed on the inside down to the little details. Clay tiled roofs scattered throughout the restaurant really give you the feel of being seated outside at night in a small Italian village. Just excellent! As always, the food was delicious, hot, plentiful and begs you to come back for more. I had the Steak Gorganzola Alfredo, which is only available for a limited time, which is a shame because in my mind, it is the perfect dish. My lovely wife tried the Stuffed Chicken Marsala, and licked the plate clean. The bottomless Raspberry Lemonades were refreshing as always, and seconds brought to us before even asking for them. A shared Tiramisu with two cups of Espresso rounded out the end of the very satisfying meal. All in all, the perfect dining experience! Olive Garden did it again!

Nice place to go with the family. This location has had its ups and downs, but overall, it’s a nice place. The food is good, there are some vegetarian and gluten free options and the pasta is cooked correctly. Customer service still needs some work; management doesn’t always have the correct response to customers questions/complaints. And it’s a 50/50 chance of getting a server who you never see but only once or twice and isn’t a friendly face, versus a server who is happy, smiling and great at their job. There is a particular gentleman waiter here, (I’m bad with names, so I don’t remember his name) who is phenomenal at his job and it shows. Always a pleasure to sit in his section. Also, you can’t go wrong with soup, salad, and bread-sticks. Great for dinner or lunch.

Hey guys so my girlfriend and I came to Olive Garden today for dinner and let’s say the experience wasn’t the best. First off when we were seated it was at the booths near the bar which wasn’t bad but no one was there everyone was seated in the main dining area so we felt secluded. Second we placed our orders and when we received our drinks we noticed the server took a while to get to us with our drinks and when he arrived he had drinks for not only us but another table of his which means he waited to have both tables items ready before going out which shows us that he’s not providing the best hospitality that a server should but killing two birds with one stone type of mentality. That being said we ordered the Alfredo bowl and when he brought our soups and bread he said he didn’t have any room on his tray to bring it out which wouldn’t be the case if he just stuck to one table at a time and said he would be back with the Alfredo bowl and in the end that never showed up so I told him to remove it from the bill and instead he just split it onto another check so it showed two checks which wasn’t the same thing. There was a customer that sat at the bar and ordered the Alfredo dipping bowl and he brought her the bowl and didn’t forget it or not have room on his tray. The breadsticks which arrived we only received 3 for two people which isn’t a big deal but all three pieces were stale which was a turnoff. We weren’t offered refills on the breadsticks or the soups. Viewing the surrounding area we come to see five employees not doing anything and just sitting near the bar chatting it up and watching baseball on tv instead of taking care of their customers during dinner rush on a Saturday. Our server was complaining to the bartender about them not allowing him to train anyone and I would agree that with his work ethic and attitude I wouldn’t have him training anyone either. The icing on the cake was when we saw a manager who is fairly tall and average build with what seemed like curly black hair pick out some of the oranges from the bar fruit with his bare hands and eat it in front of us while watching tv by the bar. I will say one thing is that you lead by example and if that’s what the manager is doing it’s no surprise why the server we had is the way he is. Please correct these behaviors because a meal for 2 with three drinks costing $64 is not worth the money especially if this is how the staff and leadership are...

First and foremost if I could give 0 stars I would. Secondly this review is to alert other customers of the fraudulent behavior at Sanford's Olive Garden near Seminole Towne Center Mall. I want to let everyone know that I ordered to go via Olive Garden's website. So when it was time to pick up my order our server brought out our food but stated my card was declined. I thought that was weird seeing how I didn't get an error message when I placed my order. So I gave the server my card. Now she comes back with a receipt for me to sign as if she reprocessed my card. Now Olive Garden was the only purchase I made for the evening with my card. Fast forward I check my account and see one transaction for Olive Garden and another purchase for Shari's Berries. Now of course everything is closed so I have to wait the next morning to call my bank and Olive Garden so my blood is boiling at this point. So come time to call Olive Garden I ask for the Manager on duty. The manager at this time is Greg. I explain to him what happened. Now while speaking to Greg he doesn't seem shocked nor angered by what I have told him. He actually responded with, "what would you like me to do about it ma'am?". So now I'm like, hello you have an employee there stealing customer credit/debit card info to make unauthorized purchases. So he then he says obviously its serious and they should be fired. Now with that Greg takes my name and number stating he would give me a call back. Now do yall think Greg gave me a call back on the day I called him? NOPE! Do yall think Greg called me back the next day? NOPE! So obviously Greg could care less that his curbside server who is listed on the receipt as Shelby is committing fraud. This is unacceptable on both the server and manager. I know this review is long but I just needed to share with anyone and everyone who may...

So first off I'm a long time OGU fan. (Olive Garden) so to leave a negative review kinda is upsetting. My wife, myself, and my son went out to eat here and she ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and got a spaghetti and nuggets kids meal for our son. I ordered soup and breadsticks (all you can eat) the salad came out and so did my soup. But no breadsticks. The breadsticks were supposed to come with sauce that didn't come out for 30 minutes after my soup hit the table and I had to ask for it. (The order came with it as I also ordered unlimited breadsticks and sauce) my wife and son who's now very cranky and hungry still haven't received their food. By the time they received their food I was already through with my portion. And asked for more soup and breadsticks. They brought the soup and breadsticks another 20 minutes later and again no sauce. Never asked to refill my sprite or even bring me a water if the sprite was out. The waitress in total over this experience came to our table 3 times or 4 and this includes us having to grab a second waitress to have her go find our waitress (Tiffany was her name) to give us our bill

I don't know if this poor experience was due to her lack of or inability to service our table properly, lack of serve staff, or poor management. I would love the opportunity to correct this review to 5 stars but we don't eat out much so it will be awhile till we can change this.

In the meantime please olive garden it's my hope you continue to succeed as you always have in serving your customers amazing food. Please take this review and use it to do just that for others. Should you...
