I'm only giving 3 stars because some of the employees have bad attitudes. So I came here with my boyfriend and best friend as it just so happens they share the same birthday. We came on a Saturday, August 29th to play pool and get some drinks. We had to wait on a pool table because there was a tournament happening but let me get this out of the way first.......I didn't mind the wait. So we sat down to have a pitcher however when the waitress came over to get our order she rolled her eyes when a water was ordered by the designated driver. We then proceeded to order a pitcher of stella and she left to gather our order. Upon her return I handed her a $20 bill and asked that she's cashed us out. After she left I noticed our glasses were dirty, one had lipstick on it and the other one felt sticky on the outside of the glass, also neither glass was cold. I know things happen so I wasn't mad and just went up to the bar to exchange the glasses. Now here's where things go down hill. The bar tender looked at me like I had the nerve to ask him for new glasses and rolled his eyes before giving me cold mugs. After about 10 mins I had to chase down our waitress for my change from the $20. Only then was I told that the pitcher came to $19.26. My 2nd issue is this.....if my tab was $19.26 I wouldn't have just handed her a $20 and not tipped her because that's rude, however since I was not made aware of the price until I chased her down how was I supposed to make that right beforehand. I will say the rest of the night went well but I can't give more stars due to the issues with the waitress...

The Disneyland of pool rooms . This place has the formula .They have a real and talented chef with a original food choices, clean nice menus. All the drinks anyone would want with georgeous raw stained slab wood countertops all over the room, very nice .A super clean enviroment and rest rooms. I can tell cleaned fully nighty. No dust on ceiling or top of things . Tons of Primo Diamond pool tables, pro and amateur size, no waiting. Excellent very successful owners, top shelf individuals who make sure all is done right . They have a super good music station but people can play the juke no harsh rap or metal on box. Tons of TVs. A glass walled VIP pool table in a smallish party room for about 12 people leather couches and seats, very high class respectively . A interdesting slot car racing track and drag strip on the wall with computer system sensed races, its crazy but unique and cool.They have tons of dart boards and several video games . They put a superman amount of work and effort into this place and it shows. I just cannot think of anything they could add and I travel to pool rooms as a TV video producer. I have been to them all worldwide live. Racks knows what's up. They cover local league and semi pro pool players as well as normal casual 9-5 after work players. The food will bring them back and the cleanliness. Very well thought out and smart place. I can tell they constantly evolve as well. Do go here or miss something extra special. 5 stars and then some , thank you Racks you earned...

I just want to start by saying - We have been here plenty of times and never had an issue like I had today- today’s experience seems as if they were severely understaffed. But today my pool team came in to play. The service today was underwhelming, embarrassing, and flat out rude. Out of the 2 scheduled bartenders/servers, the only girl working was the one to give us any sort of attention. There’s one of her and many of us playing pool, there’s absolute no way she’s able to hold down the entire establishment by herself. Jeanette-Lee was doing her best and I appreciate her. The manager Ian was rude - i overheard him telling the bartender to “go handle me” when I asked for a cold mimosa… my 3 prior were piss hot btw… the 2 hard working bartenders were running the floor while Ian was playing pool. They got so behind that my drinks were over 25min wait and I received a pitcher beer with a straw after I asked for a glass. Picture is included. I would like to preface that I used to bartend for over 10yrs and I get a busy day. But it’s how you handle it and today was very poor. Very disappointed and unfortunately I only come here because of my pool league. Other than that I would...
