Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Sanford

I get Tropical Smoothie all the time from different locations, but the past two times I ordered from this particular location that just opened, the food did not taste right. Both Bahama Mama smoothies I ordered did not taste like the way Bahama Mama's usually tastes. Maybe they ran out of a specific ingredient and substituted it, but they shouldn’t have assumed that the customer is okay with a substitution (especially if I was allergic). I paid for extra Chipotle Mayo in the Chipotle Chicken Club, but instead received a small amount of ranch and cheddar cheese. Mind you, ranch or cheddar cheese isn't supposed to be in the Chipotle Chicken Club. My boyfriend got the Chicken Caesar wrap and he expressed that it didn't taste how it normally tastes at other locations. The tortillas tasted burnt as if the grill they use hasn’t been cleaned properly. (I know that specific taste because I used to work in the fast food industry). Highly disappointed because I was excited when I saw a new Tropical Smoothie open up near me, but the food and smoothies here don't taste good. I won't be returning and will only be ordering from the Lake Mary location. It was my mistake ordering from here the second time when the first time here wasn't a good experience, but I hope you take my review in consideration and hopefully you can get employees that follow the correct recipes in the future.

When I first walked in I could hear this woman behind the counter talking about her boyfriend getting caught cheating on an app, which was surprising because she was all over the dude next to her behind the counter. I ordered Thai Chicken Salad with NO CHICKEN and they gave it to me WITH chicken. My wife ordered a Supergreen Ceaser Chicken, which is supposed to have tomatoes, but as you can see by the picture attached, it had no tomatoes in sight!
