I was not very pleased being rushed by Jayla And being told that I had to hurry with my order because they were on a drive-thru timer. I am fully aware that your facility works on a drive-thru timer because I have worked in drive-thru myself. It is completely unnecessary to state to a customer that is ordering food that they are on a timer limit, because that timer limit is for the employees, not the guests. When I had pulled up to the speaker, I was told to wait until the employees were available, to which I was sitting in my car for almost 2 minutes waiting for employees to respond to take my order. And then Jayla proceeded to explain to me that they are working on a timer and was rushing me while I was placing my order. However I was only taking a minute because I had two children in the car deciding on what their meals were going to be. So I had very little control of how fast my order was going to take for Miss Jayla, because I was patiently waiting for my children to complete their order which was not taking very long at all. They took longer to respond to my vehicle, then it did for me to place My order. So I do not appreciate that at all, It was very unprofessional and made me feel very rushed and unwelcomed And like my children were an inconvenience to them. Maybe next time instead of rushing me just pull my order to the next door like every other drive through that is worried about time. I had no problem being patient and waiting for my food. However by the time I did receive my food, I ordered beef and broccoli for my child and she was given only broccoli and no beef at all in her meal And her meal was completely cold. By the time I had realized that her food was cold we already had left the parking lot and I had to wait to go home just to microwave her meal for her. I have never been this disappointed in Panda Express but the team at the Sanford Panda Express has been very unprofessionally lately when I visit I live about 30 minutes from this location and I drive my kids all the way out just so that way they can enjoy Panda Express because it is their favorite place to eat, So to go out of my way to give this company business to be given cold food and being rushed is a terrible reflection on your business. Read moreI used to love this place. So much so that even though the only 2 locations near me are about 30 minutes away I would still take the drive. The past 3 times I've ordered from here have been horrible. The first time I thought it was just a fluke and didn't read too much into it because I've always had great experiences so I just thought it was an off day. When it happens another 2 times then I start to take it as a problem. After this most recent experience I'm done and will not come here again. The staff are rude, the portions have gotten smaller yet the prices continue to stay the same if not increase and half the time they aren't even stocked so you have to wait for your stuff to be cooked and then when you finally get it it's not even cooked completely. The other problem is that if you aren't waiting for something to be cooked just for it to still be raw then it's stale tasting like it's been sitting in the pan under those heat lamps for the entire day. Trying to explain your issue and requesting your order be corrected or remade or whatever is a waste of time because the staff don't care and will not accomodate you and will tell you that's just the way it is or that's how it's done or that's company policy, etc instead of providing exceptional customer service and making you happy enough to return for future business. Read moreI had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant here! The food is DISGUSTING!!!!! I ordered a Teriyaki chicken meal and got home and took a bite of the nasty egg roll that was burnt and rice was overcooked definitely wasn’t fried, so I call and speak with a manager Lawerence and was told I can be refunded if I bring the food which I did, drive all the way back and another manager CHRIS with the attitude, comes to the window and I give him the food and he proceeds to tell me they don’t give refunds!!! Which it doesn’t say anything of such on the receipt and anywhere else in the store!!! He lied in my face and wanted to keep that 10 dollars! It wasn’t even about that but the fact he lied and was sooooo rude is what set me off! He called the police and I sat there and waited! Who cares about a trespassing warrant?? I would NEVER eat there again! I called corporate made a report and got my money back!
