Where should I start. My family and I showed up to this place to eat as a family. We did not receive any greeting of the day. In fact no one even looked on our direction and said anything to us. However, we observed the customer in front of us get treated like they were the president of the United States. No cashier took our order as if we were expected to use these monitors to order our own food. Not happy about that, we said nothing and ordered from the monitor. Then me and my family sat down to wait for our food to come. After 15 mins of seeing other customers get greeting of the day, called by there name even, and even getting there food out fast, I got up and asked where is our food. Can you believe that this same cashier that had ignored us this entire time had the audacity to say “I forgot about your order, I was bagging up bags” I bit my tongue again and my husband grabbed our food and we sat down. Mind you we were the only people in the lobby and there was no crowd. Then while we were eating, we witness a customer walk in get the greeting of the day, and was asked if she would be dining in or out? And the cashier actually took her order. The last straw was when she got her order in one minute flat. My husband then became as irritated as I was after the special treatment white customers got over us a black family. By the way the cashier was black. I approached the cashier along with her manager is this the standard here, where we take our own order and others get their order taken by the cashier. They responded it is when they are busy but mind you they were not busy at all in the inside and there was only us and one to two customers who came in after us. She proceeds to say “there is no discrepancy” where I’m sure she was attempting to say we don’t discriminate here. However; the cameras in the building will show a different story. I don’t write reviews but today I couldn’t let this go. I will be reporting this poor customer service where we get treated differently because one think they can. Read moreThe new robot that takes your order doesn't even confirm it back, you'd trust that it took your order right. Then when you get your food you don't get detailed receipt. When you go back, the manager act like she's on heavy narcotics, very agitated, and slamming the screen of the computer while supposedly correcting your order. You get no receipt and charged for who knows what again, just to get the rest of the order that the robot took before (apparently incorrectly). On top of all that, the burger meat tasted awful, like it was sitting in a shelf without proper temperature for hours, also seemed slightly undercooked.
The fries were flavorless, I've never needed to add salt at Wendy's fries, but these really needed it. Not that I had gotten any condiments, I was even missing the BBQ that they specifically asked me to select on that second visit to the window. Not even a straw for my drink. Seriously, I understand fast food isn't anyone's dream job, but would it kill people to serve others with respect, diligence, empathy? Who chose management in these places? are there drug tests? do anyone audit food/service quality? Anyways, I hope this gets to corporate ears and they start assessing their restaurants. Why invest on technology to take orders if one way or another things are AWFUL, worse than before... half human/ half technology fault. Lookalike the aspect of this Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and tell me if thislooks fresh or appealing??? Read moreI frequently visit this location but this experience has changed my decision on coming back for a long time ! Sat in line after ordered food for about 10 min and pulled to window , was not greeted and was just handed my food without paying first and then was stared at with a hand waiting for my payment , no heres your total or anything ! Listened to the employees argue with manager over if my food was paid for and that my drink was given to the car before me ! Drink was then made and overfilled and employee starts to hand me drink and sees its overflowed and pours the remainder outside drive thru window right next to my car and hands me a soaked cup ! Asked for Dr. Pepper and didnt realize was given Root Beer until arrived home. No napkins in bag and no reciept aswell ! Had to ask for a straw and not even a have a good night ! Not one single word was spoken to me except for when i ordered at speaker. This is VERY unproffesional behavior. I have had over 8 years of fast food manager experience and this would never have been a issue in my establishment. These employees need to be more attentaive and work driven.
