Your neon sign beckons like a siren's song, I can’t resist, though I know it’s wrong To inhale a whole cake in a single night— But what can I say? It’s worth the bite.

Oh, ice cream cake, you frosty delight, Layers of joy, both fluffy and bright. Your chocolate crunchies, a textural surprise, Melting under the gaze of my greedy eyes.

The frosting’s a wonder—so sugary, so thick, I’d put it on everything if it didn’t make me sick. And yet I return, again and again, To grab a slice (or four) with my friends.

As for the store, well, it’s a trip, The freezer door handles could use a grip. The lines are long, and the wait’s no breeze, But good things come to those with a sweet tooth, please!

Behind the counter, the staff is a mix, Some scoop like pros, others... not so quick. But it's hard to be mad when faced with a slice Of an ice cream cake that’s just so nice.

I’ve been here 3 times now each time I have been more than disappointed. They are horribly inconsistent. They never have the same hours and close early most days. They will refuse you service even when they say they will be open. On the website it says they close at 10pm I went there at 8:50 thinking they would be open another hour. They had a sign on the door saying they close at 9pm now and the door was locked so they could go home early. The first time I went here they closed early due to an “emergency”. The 2nd time I went they were closing early due to a bug problem at 8:30 and thankfully I got there at 7:30 expecting to get ice cream but unfortunately there register stopped working and we’re not taking orders. I will never come to this baskin robins again and I advise any future customers thinking about coming here...

Really bad experience ordering a custom cake for my moms birthday. The theme was rose gold and pink and I ordered a pink and white cake for 75 dollars from baskin robins only for me to come pick it up and it was purple and not pretty at all they didn’t even offer me a discount there was a nice girl who worked there who tried to help me but the manager and cake designer were telling her too bad there’s nothing they can do for me so I was forced to take the cake the employee there was nice enough to give me a free pint of icecream but definitely the last time I order a cake from baskin robins really very rude and Unprofessional and I advise other people to buy their...
