We've recently decided this is one of our new dinner hangouts. The food is good and plentiful, the prices are good, and the service is excellent.
The view can't be beat, unless you're dining at Goleta pier or overpaying for something at the Wharf. They have plenty of heaters and blankets to keep you warm if it's chilly or breezy out.
I especially love the "Jonathon's Special Burger," with jack cheese, mushrooms, avocado, and so many sprouts you just about need vice grips to squeeze the sandwich down to a biteable size. Good stuff.

Was told I could have a function there and two weeks before the function I was told to come make a deposit and when I arrived they told me it was booked so be careful with booking anything there. She said we never set a date and that was the first thing I asked when I originally called. She said it was available and then she said she was very sorry that she overbooked and took full responsibility. Read moreMy son attended Russ Morrison junior golf camp all summer. I wasn’t always available to pick him up immediately at noon sharp so he’s putt on the green there by Mulligans Cafe. My son received tremendous love and care from the waitresses who work the lunch shifts. They began to recognize my son and would offer him cold water and were extremely hospitable and caring. This kind of old-school affection has seemingly best lost in today’s hustle and bustle world…but not at Mulligans. A+ to the family-style staff. Thank you. Oh and I LOVE taco...
