First, I want to thank Rogelio and Mikey for always treating me like I am family. I wish I knew the names of everyone else that works there. They are always kind and grateful and the food hits the spot every time. I love the crunchy tacos and my partner loves the potato taquitos but especially the cheese enchiladas. If you haven’t tried their flan or horchata you are totally missing out. No matter how long it has been between my visits they always remember me and it makes me feel like the world is a more friendly place. Oh and don’t forget to try each one of the salsa’s. I can’t get enough of them. They have a great little salsa bar that is complimentary. The only thing that I wish were different is that you can’t leave a tip with a card! The owners need to change that up! People don’t carry much cash! I love the food, the people, the experience and they have always welcomed me. I love the food. I love the staff, all of them. Thank you for working so hard it...
Read moreBeen going to Rudys for years. Even during covid, to support the SB business & get a good meal. Have spent $1000s over the years. Did I want to exchange two already in my bag for two others? No I said, then I was completely dismissed, like I wasnt standing there. Hmmm.... So to wrap it up... Your customers come during covid, to support your business. Understandably times are hard for businesses. I happen to have my pay cut. We all get it. Courtesy to the customers spending $ at your establishment is not...
Read moreBeen frequenting Rudys for 4+ years now. Had a bad experience with Vanessa today, who did not want to do a simple ingredient substitute that the other cashiers are more than happy to do. I get that she felt she was protecting the profitability of the establishment (told me it was "too expensive"). However, I didn't appreciate that she laughed at me when I informed her it has never been an issue in the past. Looking out for the bottom line is important, but remembering that customers can go online and share about their experience in your establishment is something to remember as well. I didn't give her any grief about it knowing that morale is slipping at this location and these are traditionally low-paying jobs. The burrito was still great, for what...
