Best hamburger. My kids and I are really picky and omg everyone loved the burger. Patty was big and juicy and they used white cheese! The combo comes with the fries only. Fries are perfect too. My dad had shrimp tacos which on the plate looks like a shrimp salad that's how big they were. My dad always finishes his food and this time he had leftovers that's how big the portion was. He really enjoyed the taste. The only thing my kids noticed that needs to be addressed is the ants by the soda machine. The rest of the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Their hot sauces are really good.

I ordered a burrito and taco. The burrito had a terrible non salted flat flavor and the tortilla had a terrible cheap tar taste. Was not Mexican at all. The beef is cooked on an iron flat stove instead over the flame.I also ordered a chorrizo taco that was okay the meat had a decent cut wasn't super small and greasy would be better if the corn tortilla was actually cooked. Can you imagine a taco and a burrito and a drink cost $17 that's just crazy Chipotle even puts this place to shame man what a waste of my money. All because of the location. I recommend not eating here.

Very rude cashier. Told me that the mask I had on wasn't property placed because half of my nose was showing when the cook's mask only covered his mouth. Also the pricing reflects a well situated restaurant which this one is definitely not. On the specialty menu, me and my wife picked the fish tacos. We ate them with a fork because it was a blob on a watery taco. I asked what the fish was and they couldn't even answer me. It was undercooked while the rice was overcooked. My daughter's burrito tasted good so the one star is justified.

First, I want to thank Rogelio and Mikey for always treating me like I am family. I wish I knew the names of everyone else that works there. They are always kind and grateful and the food hits the spot every time. I love the crunchy tacos and my partner loves the potato taquitos but especially the cheese enchiladas. If you haven’t tried their flan or horchata you are totally missing out. No matter how long it has been between my visits they always remember me and it makes me feel like the world is a more friendly place. Oh and don’t forget to try each one of the salsa’s. I can’t get enough of them. They have a great little salsa bar that is complimentary. The only thing that I wish were different is that you can’t leave a tip with a card! The owners need to change that up! People don’t carry much cash! I love the food, the people, the experience and they have always welcomed me. I love the food. I love the staff, all of them. Thank you for working so hard it...

Been going to Rudys for years. Even during covid, to support the SB business & get a good meal. Have spent $1000s over the years. On my recent visit, was ordered in a tone that bore no argument to stand outside, immediately after placing my order. I listened, at length, to very loud chatter and laughter from behind the counter and from the kitchen, standing outside in the wind waiting & waiting. I watched other customers come out and stand or sit in the cold. Upon being called to the counter, I asked if I could have two extra salsas and was told there is a limit. Two per item. Did I want to exchange two already in my bag for two others? No I said, then I was completely dismissed, like I wasnt standing there. Hmmm.... So to wrap it up... Your customers come during covid, to support your business. Understandably times are hard for businesses. I happen to have my pay cut. We all get it. Courtesy to the customers spending $ at your establishment is not...

Been frequenting Rudys for 4+ years now. Had a bad experience with Vanessa today, who did not want to do a simple ingredient substitute that the other cashiers are more than happy to do. I get that she felt she was protecting the profitability of the establishment (told me it was "too expensive"). However, I didn't appreciate that she laughed at me when I informed her it has never been an issue in the past. Looking out for the bottom line is important, but remembering that customers can go online and share about their experience in your establishment is something to remember as well. I didn't give her any grief about it knowing that morale is slipping at this location and these are traditionally low-paying jobs. The burrito was still great, for what...
