Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Santa Barbara

Horrible Starbucks. Most baristas there are rude. I had a Mobil order for one drink and food item. I get there I tried to get their attention and they just ignored me, when one of the girls approached to asked me if I had a Mobil order she sounded upset, like if she was bothered that i was standing there. She gave me my drink and told me "yeah the food item is not ready yet, I will call you when it's ready" went to sit by the tables close to the Mobil pick up area so I wouldn't miss my name being called , waited for about 15 minutes, saw a lot of people coming and getting their food and my food was still not called . I went to ask if my Mobil was ready because I was still waiting for an item and the girl looked at me mad and said "need anything else" I told her I was waiting for a food item , she grabbed it tossed it on the counter and walked away. My food was cold! It had been sitting there for a while and my name was never called out! I hold myself from asking earlier because as it is , it was hard to get their attention plus they seemed bothered that I was there asking for my Mobil order. I understand they sometimes are busy and they are busy multitasking but there was no people in line! Plus two other baristas that were there were just talking to each other laughing not doing anything ! Plus not the first time having a bad experience there with the same girls, every single time I go they are always rude! All my bad experiences at that store have been with these particular girls. They ALWAYS seem bothered and when I ask for extra milk, Sriracha, etc they always get upset or make faces. I try to be nice, maybe they are having a bad day, and had dealt with many rude customers but no they always have the same rude attitude . I'm done going to...

This location is the only one in Santa Barbara to charge for literally everything. I always order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and my normal location does really fret about giving me a refill and here they try to charge me all the time or they tell me I have to get a regular cold brew for my free refill. I'm a gold member and I love to drink Starbucks but this location makes me never want Starbucks again. If I could I'd give this place a huge 0 stars. Mainly because they seriously put no sweet cream and even tho I add Carmel it still tastes like they didnt even try and its not like they were busy when I ordered they were all huddled talking and truly didnt even care to give me a good drink. If I spend over 5 dollars and you dont even give me what I request then why should I give you service. I get it if we were being textbook the new refill policy states they'd have to charge you but come on. They dont even make it taste good I made all the modifications to make it tasty which is adding Carmel the sweetest thing you can add and it tastes too strong says you didnt put any vanilla sweet cream its bull. They even made me wait five minutes before taking my order with no one in line they were just chatting on the side. Two of the workers even looked at me and continued the conversation...

Although I am a Starbuck's reward customer, and frequent them for my chai tea lattes, this store was very unkempt when I visited it in the middle of the day.

The 3 female employees were attentive and made my order promptly. However, the women's bathroom was not clean, the area where you get extra creamer, sugar and napkins was not properly stocked or clean. The floors needed to be swept and many of the tables inside were not wiped down. There were other patrons in the store seated at the tables, but in looking at what I described I took my order and left.

This is the second time visiting this Starbucks store, that I've noticed this trend. This is a busy Santa Barbara westside location, but I'll be driving to another location in the future for my...
