I dont usually write bad reviews but when a "manager" or so he called himself goes out of there way to disrespectfully not allow me and my service dog into there establishment, it gets me alittle heated. I work downtown in santa barbara in the security industry and would never refuse entrance to someone with a service animal based on there service animal.
I walked up to the front door and it went like this.

Security "manager": we dont allow dogs.
Me: she is my service animal. Im a vet.
Security "manager": we dont have to abide by those rules.
I was very suprised at the non-chalantness and disrespect of this employee.
Me: is there a manager that i might speak with just to see if he/she might understand.
Security "manager": I am the manager and i dont have to let you in.
Me: ok thats really unfortunate, i thought you guys might want to show your support for individuals who need the support of a service animal. But if that is the way you are going to be, ok.
Security "manager": yep.

Note: it was not Lerone. It was a different...

She was very cold. We hated the service and went elsewhere. Out of principle, we tipped. But it...

We were greeted by a server who got us our drinks and we enjoyed the remainder of the evening. We were only sad to find out there was no food available and we headed to a restaurant nearby to grab...
