I dont usually write bad reviews but when a "manager" or so he called himself goes out of there way to disrespectfully not allow me and my service dog into there establishment, it gets me alittle heated. I work downtown in santa barbara in the security industry and would never refuse entrance to someone with a service animal based on there service animal.

I walked up to the front door and it went like this.

Conversation

Security "manager": we dont allow dogs.

Me: she is my service animal. Im a vet.

Security "manager": we dont have to abide by those rules.

I was very suprised at the non-chalantness and disrespect of this employee.

Me: is there a manager that i might speak with just to see if he/she might understand.

Security "manager": I am the manager and i dont have to let you in.

Me: ok thats really unfortunate, i thought you guys might want to show your support for individuals who need the support of a service animal. But if that is the way you are going to be, ok.

Security "manager": yep.

This did happen some time ago but i still want people to know what type of place they are supporting.

I also want to make it known that i have been hear multiple times and had a good time. I have also been working downtown for the last 7 years. I asked for a manager but he said he was the manager even though i new he wasnt.

Note: it was not Lerone. It was a different...

Location is prime! I was here on the Saturday of the Old Spanish Days festival. Music was great! Drinks were pricey but at the same time, you pay for dining experience. It’s upscale, music and location so fair enough. Service from the waitress was dreadful. She didn’t even smile and her presence just made it awkward. I had a drink where she forgot and we reminded her a few times. She seemed annoyed like if we were telling a teenager to clean their room. 30 minutes later after everyone else got their drink I got mine, a French Margarita. No apology and no smile. She was very cold. We hated the service and went elsewhere. Out of principle, we tipped. But it...

Went to Santa Barbara for my wife and I 15 year anniversary. Stayed at a local hotel and found State Street to be the place to be in the evenings. Walked up and down the street for a while till we came across this place. The piano bar was very Lively from the sidewalk and the bouncer showed us in quickly and we found some seats by the piano. We were greeted by a server who got us our drinks and we enjoyed the remainder of the evening. We were only sad to find out there was no food available and we headed to a restaurant nearby to grab...

Awesome waitresses never had to wait on a drink & this was during fiesta 2018 the guy who sang at the piano was awesome & got the crowd singing along. Waitresses accommodated you by walking next door to bring you food. Love the red leather upholstery, specialty drink menu & reasonable drink prices. I was there everyday during fiesta because of the fantastic service. Waitress with long blond hair is so sweet. Definitely will be back, so save my booth please

Good lighting / great ambience. Performers on this particular night left a little to be desired, but were still solid entertainment. I think what was lacking was more enthusiasm from the audience. Definitely a worthwhile stop on State Street and I’m looking forward to checking out more artists in the future. Excellent and attentive service from the wait staff!!! The French Margarita was delicious!
