Burger King — Restaurant in Santa Clara

The Food And service we cant complain about ,But sadly there is a disturbed individual ( A lady) Who sits in the lobby of this location and taunts and threatens customers, Me and my sister came to this location for lunch and tried to have lunch and was very uncomfortable with what this disturbed individual was saying to us .We ask the manager to have her stop and he did talk to her but still allowed her to remain in the business, We also came the next day and was going to have lunch and drove into the parkinglot and noticed she was sitting in the same spot in the restaurant. So we made the decision to go thru the drive thru .I dont believe this individual should use this business to loiter around and threaten customers and still be allowed to remain in the...

This is the worst service i have ever gotten at ANY of the drive thru windows of fast food place. I asked for a cup of ice and the man behind the window handed me a cup of ice with some kind black dirt all over the ice and when i requested another another cup of ice and pointed out the dirt he grabbed the cup and proceeded to yell at me in Spanish and threw the ice again the wall next to the register. So i drove way angry and did not wait for the ice. I don't think i deserve a service like from anyone. Do NOT COME TO THIS BURGER...

When visiting the drive-through at this location, be sure to know your ENTIRE ORDER before you arrive. Once you arrive, the interrogation begins. Oh, wait - I think they call it "customer service". And don't you DARE pause to ponder any options or say anything other than 'sure!' to the rapid fire 'deal offers' that are launched at you from the small box. Enjoy your meal!
