This place is way overpriced for what it is. My Honesty comes 1st, fairness comes 2nd, pity comes in 3rd in my book. Iv'e been coming here for 3 years and get the same somber scowl look every time I walk in, EVERY TIME - this place is not very good.
I know what you will say: "he's entitled." Entitled to what? service? friendliness? respect?
The bottom line is I do not care whether you charge a million or penny for a bagel. Your competitive advantage is everything you do not provide while you always raise the prices. Read moreIf you like bagels, check this place out. It's a small, cozy feeling place. Typically there's always a small wait while in line but it's never more than a few minutes. The variety of bagels is amazing, nearing 20 different types. The prices are middle ground. Also, there's a decent variety of donuts, premade salads, and other breakfast foods. There's a few refrigerators with different drinks. In the fridge I noticed in-house made cream cheese, of various flavors. Since I discovered this place I've been going every Sunday morning.

I traveled 10 miles to go with my husband for breakfast and asked for a turkey on everything seeds bagel.
