I recently had a lunch buffet at Indian Sizzlers, and I was impressed by the spacious interior and ample parking. Despite a good crowd, the restaurant maintained a comfortable, uncrowded feel. The buffet spread was vast, with six tempting vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters. The podi idli, a unique dish featuring a distinct ghee flavor and a spicy kick, was a real highlight. The crispy and flavorful gobi manchurian was another winner. For mains, the selection leaned slightly more towards non-vegetarian options, but the mushroom masala was delicious as vegetarian choice. I also enjoyed the goat curry, though I didn't have a chance to try everything. Both veg and non-veg biryani were offred, and fresh naan was brought to our table alongside just-okay dosa. The dessert selection was a bit of a let down. While the mung dal halwa was tasty, the other options like gajar halwa and fruit custard fell short. Overall, this is a great option for a delicious and plentiful Indian buffet, especially for non-vegetarians. While the dessert wasn't a standout, the friendly service, spacious ambiance, and wide variety of dishes make it a place I'd definitely return to.

This place looks really good. The ambience looks perfect for a big family get together and big friends group meetup as it can accommodate easily 100 people at a time. They had plenty of options and the food looked appetizing. The service was great and responsive. The cost per person was also ideal. But the down side is that the food taste was average. The ambience is fine but the core reason for this place was not satisfied which is food flavor. I had the worst veg food and dessert experience here. It was very average and never seen an average food like this even in other Indian restaurants. I understand most of it was frozen dishes like the spring roll, salads and few desserts, even that was not of good quality. The non veg was fine and the biryani had no flavor. At least few dishes should have exceed the expectations. The soup was the only satisfying part of this food experience. I would highly recommend them to cut few dishes out and provide flavorful and tasty few items that satisfies the consumers. Need to improve. I will not recommend if this place if they don’t change this. But if you are still want to try this place out be my guest.

best buffet in bay areea Indian Sizzler is a promising addition to South Bay's vibrant Indian food scene, offering a buffet-style experience with a wide array of options. Initially, the plethora of choices may seem overwhelming, but taking your time to sample everything is well worth it. The spice levels are perfectly balanced, catering to both spice enthusiasts and those with milder preferences like myself. While the food impressed with its flavors, the service left something to be desired. Despite requesting Garlic Naan multiple times, it was slow to arrive, though our water glasses were regularly refilled by various attendants. It seems they are still ironing out service details, perhaps due to being a new establishment. Given its novelty, it's understandable that they're working through these initial hiccups. With time, one can hope for smoother operations and even better dining experiences. Despite the service challenges, I'm optimistic about returning to Indian Sizzler and experiencing its evolving improvements firsthand.

Indian Sizzler is a new player to the bustling South Bay Indian food scene. It's solid spot; the place is Buffet style with plenty of options. At first, the choices can feel overwhelming. Take your time and try a little bit of everything. Nothing is overly spicy here, the spice level is very tolerable. I don't have the greatest spicy food tolerance, so the level of spiciness was perfect for me. The food was good , but the service was a bit inconsistent. We had to ask for Garlic Naan 3 times and it took a while to come out. Our water was refilled on a regular basis. Not really sure if we had a dedicated server / waiter as multiple people waited on us. The place is new, so understandably the staff hasn't sorted out all the issues. Hopefully everything will only get better. No issues returning.
