14MAY2024 : Ate the buffet today again!!! Still standby the earlier 5-star review. The food quality, taste and variety is still very yummy. The service is outstanding. SriLankan Devils Chicken was terrific. They added Freshly made yogurt to the buffet. And the Vanilla ice cream is cooling and refreshing due to hot day.

Super Bowl Buffet : My earlier 5-star review was for the New Year Buffet. I attended the buffet again today. Still standby the 5-star review. They still maintained the awesome food, hospitality and ambience. Noticed few additional things this time. The place got busier - a testament to their great food. They have enhanced the buffet with Chole & Fresh Batura and Dosa!!!. They are now offering evening buffet on Fri/Sat/Sun. Highly recommend this place.

Today's non-veg items were Creamy chicken soup, Chicken 65, Tandoori Chicken, Chilli Chicken, Ambur Mutton Biryani, Butter Chicken, Chettinadu Chicken curry, Mumbai Fish Curry and Sri Lankan Mutton curry - every item was just fantastic. I was so full that I could not try veg items which looked great. Desserts were Lychee Halwa, Carrot Halwa, Payasam, Custard and Strawberry ice cream.

2024 New Year Buffet : Based on an awesome experience 2 weeks prior - we hosted couple of families for New Year Buffet. The lunch exceeded our high expectation in every way. The restaurant is conveniently located one minute from 101 and Great America Parkway exit. There was plenty of parking. The restaurant is big and very spacious and seating arrangement is very open. The service is very friendly. The huge selection of food stole our hearts. All of us are raving about each and every single item. They had 9 items of non-vegetarian!!! Pepper Chicken soup, Sri Lankan Goat curry, Thai Seafood curry, Andhra Chicken Curry, Chicken65, Tandoori Chicken, Chili Fish, Butter chicken and Ambur Chicken Biryani. They had many Vegetarian dishes. We did not encounter such soft eggplant in the Eggplant Curry never before!!! Sambar was next level - very delicious. Vegetable Biryani was very tasty. They had 4 different desserts. Chocolate ice cream was kids favorite. The Lychee Halwa was exquisite and very luxurious. All of us had an amazing feast with high quality food at this hi end restaurant. Truly and highly recommend...

We visited here twice for lunch buffet. About 2 months back and now. The last time we visited, the food was bland and nothing tasted great despite having a large variety of items. But this time, it was holiday season or whatever the reason may be, the food tasted better. But both the times, the main dishes for vegetarians are lacking. They have a lot of variety in appetizers, today they had veg cutlet, medu vada, lilva kachori, fried idli, pao bhaji. But we are vegetarians and there were just two curries to be had with the naan, saag paneer and okra fry. On the non-veg side, they had a huge variety - 4 different curries and also 4-5 non veg appetizers. It would have been good if instead of 3 different rice varieties, plain rice, tomato rice and biryani, they either omitted plain rice or tomato rice and replaced with a veg curry. There was also a Mongolian tofu which tasted bad and could have been just replaced with another dish for vegetarians. So yes both times, I felt their main menu was lacking and not really geared towards vegetarians. Both times we could enjoy the appetizers only. Last time they had chhole which didn't taste good. And I also tried their dahi vada last time which had no taste either even after adding the tamarind chutney which was equally bland and not authentic so I didn't try it this time. They do keep a lot of variety in sweets like ice cream, kheer, halwa, sweets etc. I do like that they give discount for the kids whereas some restaurants...

We will not be coming back and do not recommend this restaurant. We came in on Wednesday for their regular dinner day's and when we arrived we were greeted and sat immediately. The restaurant was entirely empty with the exception of one large party and one couple who came in after us.

Once seated we were sitting there for about 10 minutes and no one came by to let us know they were our server or anything else. We did notice multiple servers back and forth to the very large table. This was very strange granted they had to pass our table every time to get to the large table. We decided that maybe they were just busy with this large party and would check on us soon.

We waited another 10 minutes and still no one came to our table once, but we saw them frequently go to the large party and offering them a special items. We even noticed what looked like a manager or owner come out to talk to them. This was extremely disappointing for us because we were seated right next to this table and had to witness all this while we got ignored?

Finally my mom had asked a waiter who passed us again on the way to the large table asking "excuse me is someone going to take our order?" and this server looked her in her face and did not say anything. He went straight to the large table again and started refilling their waters.

Our table of 4 then just got up and left after this encounter and being ignored for 20 minutes. This was some of the worst service we have ever...
