I did a wingstop order for pickup and it took twice as long and I was dining in and when they finally got me my food I asked for a tray so I can eat it there and they just got the manager bc they gave up. The main problem I noticed is that the employees didn’t understand or speak basic English and all I was asking for was a tray and some napkins and utensils. I love wingstop but it’s disrespectful to the customers if the staff can’t understand you or get you your orders on time. Placed my order online, arrived at estimated pickup time. Waited 15 minutes at the counter with nobody acknowledging that I was standing there. Multiple workers walked by me and looked me in the eyes without saying anything.
How can this place operate like this? Reading the other reviews, it just seems like the workers don't care.
This looks really poorly on management if they see all these reviews and do nothing to improve it.
Easily the worst Wingstop in the area, not to mention the food was also half cooked.

Update after I left: I understand short staffing and I would have been happy to wait however long it was necessary to wait to place my order but they never said a word to me.
