See's Candies — Restaurant in Santa Clara

I writing this on behalf of my parents who experienced this awful customer service from the stores manager on duty.

My parents spent almost $200 on custom boxes at this location. During this unpleasant transaction they received disrespectful and highly poor customer service from an older white lady with dark brown hair who was the manager on duty. At the time, the store was relatively empty.

1. While assisting my parents, she never offered any samples.

2. When my parents misunderstood her question, she became very rude and agitated.

3. My parents ordered 4 custom one pound box and bought a total of 9 one pound boxes. During the customization, she refused to carry out their requests and fought them on their candy selection and arrangements.

OMG. Choooocolate. GOOD chocolate. I have about 10 favorites, and another 10 or so that I still really like, and then anything else I’m not allergic to I still enjoy. You can find out for yourself what you think of this or that because they love giving out samples to customers.

I like to buy a box for the flight attendants when I fly, and my Mom for her birthday, and lots of people for HuggyKissyHeartHeartLove day. I get the coins for winter holidays, and bunnies for ZombieJesus day.

Everything is made in a factory that produces products with nuts, coconut, and other potential allergens. Please check with the clerk if you or your intended recipient is allergic to anything that might be found in candy. It’s still really good, though, so a /little/ antihistamines might be worth it. Loved their candies since I first tried them, but for the very first time I had a chance to walk inside the store and feel like in heaven! The lady was such a kind and knowledgable person, and she let us try out a few samples as soon as we walked in.
