I came to your store the end of summer 2020. I still have the receipt. Your store has instituted the proper covid precautions...plexiglass, 6 feet, masks, etc. Thank you. No other customers were in the store. I too had my mask in place. However, a person named Melanie, "Mel", asked me to adjust my mask as I placed my order with her. I did as she requested. That didn't satisfy her. She was rude and insolent and asked me again and again. I kept adjusting the mask. She simply stood and stared at me. She apparently wasn't concerned with my order because she asked me more than once what I wanted. I was pretty rattled by the time I left as I forgot condiments... the subs were dry. I spent $35.65. I haven't returned and won't. I drive out of my way to the Rye Cyn...

Won't go back to this location. Very poor customer service. Ordered sandwich with no onions and no peppers, as they don't agree with me. They slathered the sandwich in onions and peppers. I asked for a new sandwich and the young girl had the audacity to tell me that I ordered the sandwich with extra onions and peppers. No apology for her error, just a very nasty, accusatory attitude. I have ordered sandwiches without onions or peppers forever. As a matter of fact, I have never ordered a sandwich with onions or peppers. They took their time remaking the sandwich and I was late as a result of their incompetence. I understand mistakes happen, we are only human, but boy ooooh boy, that was not handled...

I ordered a sandwich online today on wheat bread and I got it and it was on white bread and I didn’t realize until I got home and it was too late since they are almost closing now. I’m a diabetic so having the right bread is critical to my health. Supposed to be my cheat meal. A little disappointed. A little disappointed in the service as well. I walked in and asked for my order and the guy just turned the bag over and I confirmed it was mine and he handed it to me with attitude. I get it. It’s a long day and you’re almost done with the work day but still can be polite. I’ve always had a wonderful experience at jersey mikes but...
