Oggi's | Sports, Brewhouse & Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

So I very much enjoy the Oggi's salads and pizza they have a good lunch special. However there management specifically the one running the place from the top walks around like his number 2 don't stink... Oggi's is way to expensive in today's economy. The staff there is friendly. I did have an experience last time I was there where my food never got made due to an issue where the computer didn't print out the order in the kitchen so when I arrived 20 mins later as stated to be there . No food was even made. So they quickly resolved the problem as in started to make the food and management quickly came to me and said sorry. But didn't offer me anything for the mix up. No coupon no discount no extra food or free pint absolutely nothing'.. just if u have to deal with management at Oggi's beware of bad attitude and lack of experience. Food: It's a pizza place in principle though with MANY other options on a deep menu. A good thing because the pizza I had, the Hot Spicy Sausage was terrible. We had several appetizers and they were all excellent. We'll be back but I can't see giving the pizza another shot. What I had would be subpar for cheap, frozen grocery store pizza. Service: Not sure if maybe one or two servers called in but its a 9ers/Cowboys playoff game so they had to expect a crowd and the service was spread very thin. That said the servers were hustling and it didn't impact our experience that bad. A for effort. Atmosphere: Outstanding TV situation. Two HUGE panels in a great spot for viewing and other TVs all over the place. Outdoor seating. Bar: Good beer selection, tap and bottle. Servers were nice and friendly. Great food. Used to be great service for years. The last few years, the service has gone down hill. More training on serving in a more professional manner should really be happening. Most of the time it feels like you are being waited upon by a 7th grader with ADD. Everyone is usually really nice, but the lack of professional server behavior and lack of focus really impacts the experience for eat in. All in all, our family has been going there for at least 15 years and we love the pizza, the wings and the salad. They also have some great beer and some pretty tasty mixed drinks if you are up for that sort of thing.
