Some people enjoy domino's pizza and write positive reviews, and there are those who write negative reviews because of late deliveries. I have experienced both, for the first time I am experiencing a case where my order never came at all and I won't be getting a refund for not getting my pizza. The Domino's Pizza on Santa Cruz Mission St. for the first time has disappointed me. At 2:25 a.m. the tracking told me that my order will come within the 33-43min time range and so I waited. By around 3 am I finally received a call, but the call was from the delivery guy to only tell me that he still has 2 orders ahead of mine and won't be bringing my delivery within the next 30 min or so, when he finally shows up he told me he'll give me a call. More than an hour later, doesn't call and has not deliver my pizza and now I don't think I'm getting my pizza anymore because Dominos stops at 4 am and its long past 4 am. In other words Dominos just scammed me of my money and I don't think they'll refund me my money back even though I didn't get my pizza.On top of that, the guy who was suppose to send me my pizza deliberately lied to me saying that he gave me a couple of calls. I had my phone on me the entire time waiting for his call. By the time that the expected time I waited for him was overdue I started calling him after ten minutes after he never showed up. He didn't pick for an hour, and thats when he told me that he gave me a couple of calls and a voice mail but my phone says nothing about incoming calls or voice mail. Read moreI don't want to write this, but because it has happened multiple times and this time was by far the worst and I'm concerned about my health and safety I must write this. Little black flakes, chemical tasting, has been found on my pizzas. I have thrown out the slice or two in the past. I know, I have a way too low standard for places that I'm only now complaining. When I got my pizza June 21st, 2023 at night I didn't realize how much of the chemical black flakes from the oven fell onto my pizza until I ate a huge bite and was overwhelmed by the disgusting chemical taste. When I looked down at my pizza it was covered in the stuff that I thought was the meat originally. I go here more than once a week usually. They often forget toppings and the garlic sauce, but I understand they're underpaid and over worked. That's all fine, but lately the guy working there has been recognizing us and saying rudely that he didn't forget anything without us saying anything. We work in the food industry and are the types to apologize if our order is wrong. Again, not the worst, but not the greatest. The worst part is I ate chemicals from the oven and that the pizza was covered in the gross stuff. It wasn't merely tiny flakes, but huge and noticeable black chunks once you pay attention. I guess I could have looked at my pizza more before eating it, but I didn't expect to bite into something so foul. I got to my hotel which is 1.3 miles away from this dominos location I ordered 2 pizzas, cheesey bread, pasta, and two 2 liters of soda DIFFERENT flavors which were 5.00 for one 2L. Total Cost was 38.91 with a 5.00 cash tip for traveling 1.3 miles.($43.91) BOTH my pizzas were wrong. My "cheesy" bread was burnt and with no cheese. Got one flavor of soda. The only thing that was correct was the pasta! He said I will be there in 15-25 minuets. Took 45 to get a order that was wrong. With a location not even a mile and a hald down the road! I called and told the "gentleman" what happened. He told me very rudly "it sounds like a problem call back at 7pm and speak with a manager maybe he can help you!" And hung up on me. Didn't bother to say we can remake it for you or anything. I find it rude how he acted. Isnt the customer always right? I guess not in my case. I WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!
